The area is extremely safe and quiet. The building is newer and the apar**ent was very clean and newly renovated. The instructions for how to access the apar**ent were very clear, but please note that you have to be somewhat tech-savvy (the building and apar**ent is accessed completely via your smartphone). The wifi worked great. I liked having a small kitchen for quick meals, and there is a Carrefour Express market right across the street - very convenient. The apar**ent was located very near the metro, so it was easy to get around, and there are lots of restaurants and shops in the area. I would definitely stay there again. My only (minor) complaint is that I was in Apar**ent 1, which is on ground level and faced the street. Whenever anyone entered and exited the building, the front door would slam shut loudly, and it was very loud. I got used to it, but the first few times it was very startling!
