Hotel molto attenti ai problemi ambientali e sostenibile. Le camere sono ampie e pulite. Il personale accogliente e sempre pronto a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti. Il ristorante offre varietà di cibo con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Digne d’un 5 étoiles; personnel dévoué / chambres, SPA et repas impeccables. Impressionné par la vocation éco-responsable, respect de l’environnement maximisé. Finalement, mention honorable pour la fondation PACE, l’aspect le plus louable de l’endroit; pour l’art, l’engagement communautaire et l’environnement. C’est un endroit incontournable à Madurai. Bravo!

The hand wash was mounted near the shower panel and shower gel was mounted on the washbasin in the bathroom. Ideally it should be other way round.
Shower near swimming pool was not working.

The Food was awesome. Very courteous staff. We had a wonderful stay. Especially Ms Gayathri at the restaurant was very friendly and accommodating. By far the best hotel n Madurai. Highly recommend people trying their buffet lunch and dinner. Very good Spread.

Very very clean room and the spaciest I have ever been in. Very good service and food. Very friendly and helpful staff and manager. Lunch and dinner are a buffet of Indian and international dishes or a la carte. The ambience is a perfect relation of elegant and feel good. Hotel books tuctuc on request, less than 5 min to downtown. Very recommendable place to stay!

Overall good value for money hotel. Not too distant from airport as well as the Temple. The food spread for lunch and breakfast was quite good however test and quality of some items need to be improved. The entire team was super helpful and always wore a smile on their face.

The halls availability is sufficient. The food delivery is on time, tasty and served neatly. Rooms are very convenient. From MD, GM, Admin, and every staff did their duty very Passionately. Entire halls and some rooms were booked for 3 days and our Cement Conclave function was a grand Success. Quality Circle Forum of India, Madurai Chapter is very much thankful to Fortune Pandian Hotel, Madurai.

Trusted this property as it is a member of ITC. But it failed. The rooms were clean but the linens were stained and unclean. When informed the house keeping did not show up untill next day. The reception staff (Mr Seenu, Mr Vellaisamy, Ms Sabitha) were not very approachable too. They were very lethargic and unsupportive. Highly irresponsible. No co ordination between the staff team. Food was good . The stay is not worth for the exorbitant tariff they charge .

Food was great. Had A la carte. Breakfast was sumptuous. Great atmosphere. Rooms were spacious and Staff were very cordial and helpful. Overall a memorable experience of great hospitality for our group of six senior citizens out for a tour
