Een zeer leuk hotel met een huiselijke en rustige sfeer. Ideale plek om de batterijen op te laden. Prachtig uitzicht over de jachthaven. Indrukwekkende wellness, heel lekker eten, attent personeel, ligstoelen, zwembad, bar,.. allemaal van zeer hoge kwaliteit.

別に宿泊客を迎える間もない
ただ仕事だからそこにいるだけ。
レンタカーも依頼したが満車だと。
自分で予約してあっさり取れた。
ディナーもリゾート感もなく、もてなす気もない。
サービスについて誰かスタッフに教えてあげてほしい。
ハイアットはこんなホテルと提携する必要がない。

Hotel beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité reçu selon mes clients. Je suis agent de voyages et j'ai eu plusieurs problèmes avec eux au niveau de la réservation. De plus je n'ai jamais pu être payé du a des magouilles entre hôteliers locaux. Ils ont annulés ma réservation pour en refaire une nouvelle sous un autre nom ce qui fait que c'est un autre hotel qui a reçu MA commission de réservation. Tout cela en remerciement pour les avoirs recommandés....

Notre séjour à l’hôtel l’escale resort a été très agréable. L’établissement a été rénové récemment avec beaucoup de goût.
La restauration est de qualité et le personnel très sympathique.
Certes il n’y a pas de plage mais l’énorme piscine et la vue compensent largement ce manque.
Si nous revenons à Mahé, nous y retournerons sans hésitation.

Un hôtel exceptionnel à Mahé, un personnel d une extrême gentillesse, des repas de haute qualite, un cadre idyllique. Une décoration haut de gamme, luxueuse mais on se sent comme à la maison grâce aux attentions quotidiennes du personnel. Merci à Marcus, Shana et Hilary d avoir rendue notre lune de miel inoubliable

Magnifique hôtel de taille humaine avec du personnel souriant. Proche de l'aéroport et encore plus de la marina. Réservé le penthouse car voyage en famille. La vue de la terrasse est surprenante. Le restaurant propose des plats différents le midi et le soir.

Personnel très accueillant, attentionné à nos besoins pendant notre séjour. Serge, le manager très gentil et à l'écoute. Propreté impeccable, la nourriture excellente, nous avons mangé une très bonne viande de bœuf et le désert à la banane au top! Mon mari a tellement apprécié le désert qu'il a pris un deuxième. En conclusion , nous recommandons !

We booked a spa afternoon with a GF and we’re very disappointed that’s the booking was accepted and we were not told that the aircon were not working. Which was awful as there was the sound of this loud fan in the trea**ent room and it was hot and noisy. Definitely not a SPA ambiance I was hoping for, with soft music etc. m trea**ents were good. Not sure if we will go back ina hurry. Apparently the GM cld not be bothered to have aircons fixed despite several complaints.

It's a unique boutique hotel. Lots of nice touches. It's cosy and luxury at the same time. Excellent location and nice outdoor bar by the pool.
The spa is absolutely fantastic and not to mention excellent Chef too.
Wonderful and relaxing place. I would strongly recommend and hope to come back again
