The stay at this hotel was a absolute nightmare start to finish they annoyed as one of us is disabled and all 3 of us had adhd at 6:30pm we was told to be quiet while other people that was Russian was loud at 1am and nothing was said to them also the cleaners leave the balcony door unlocked which means people sharing the the balcony could gain entry in our rooms the food is disgusting mainly Russian food nothing for the English people that don’t like that sort of food I felt like they didn’t like us because we are English all I wanted to do was go home at this point it also advertised a night club which was a lie they don’t have one wifi wasn’t free had to pay €100 to have a hot tub all in all I wish I never came here to begin with I would of had a better vacation in the uk!!for a 4**** hotel it is more like a 2 ** it’s not that clean either bar staff are rude toilet doors near bar broken and very discriminating against the disabled I would just like to warn people it would be a waste of there money going to this hotel as this was a complete nightmare for me and my friends
