太平洋海景酒店(Pacific Views Resort)

很好，一切都很完美，接待員非常樂於助人

酒店地理位置優越，設施一流。工作人員非常棒、友好而且非常樂於助人。他們甚至在我的房間裡留了一個蛋糕作為我的生日禮物。這是我第二次來，我一定會再來並推薦它。

The ammenties were good what wasnt good was the Apartment and all the cockroachs we were dealing with on a daily basis. Also the Apartment presented dirty some of the utensils rusty in the draw, the cooktop dirty and rusty, the air cond vents looked like they hadnt bern cleaned in yrs, the wardrobe screechy when opening and closing, the shower screen old outdated and so many other things. Not something thats advertised as a 4.5star accommodation and costing over $1200 for the week. The most dissapointing thing was we made the site manager aware he came up to inspect helped clean and kill lots of them and left us with a can of mortein no offer to move us maybe or get any sort of compensation nothing. And not to mention I also wrote to the place via an email with photos and attachments and have not had a response back from them which is really poor from them. To be honest we would be entitled to a full refund fancy killing cockroaches each day whilst holidaying not knowing if one was going to crawl on you whilst sleeping. Very Dissapointing will be definitely staying at Xanadu next time in Main Beach.

非常喜歡我們在太平洋景觀度假村的住宿。我們有一間兩房的高級海景公寓，從所有起居區和睡眠區都可以欣賞到壯麗的景色。和家人一起住，包括年邁的母親，這裡非常完美，因為它擁有我們三晚住宿所需的一切，而且非常靠近海灘、泰德大道和其他景點。我們沒有使用飯店的設施，但看起來不錯，而且正在裝修和升級。工作人員非常樂於助人。

Great accommodation, however the WiFi did not work in our apartment and the relief managers had no clue how to solve the problem and not once did they say we are sorry about that, couldn’t even move us to another apartment. We ended up spending way too much money on data and overseas roaming charges. For free WiFi included in the high cost of the apartment I would love a discount or refund but I doubt if that will happen

All good a couple of repairs need doing.

Need to have cleaning staff check that the dishes and utensils are clean. Otherwise excellent place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very nice and roomy. It was clean. as far as constructive criticism goes, the kitchen items such as glasses, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. could be considerably better and have more of them. One upgrade that I would do is to have wall mounted televisions in both bedrooms, approx 40 inches in size. We will come back to the property but might consider another apartment.

Reception is hardly ever open on the weekend. The reception phones didn't work. We had plumbing issues and were unable to contact anyone. Very disappointing.
