Was very disappointed by the fact that we booked a room with a spa and upon the booking the room we had booked and the photos it showed with the particular room we booked wasn't the room we stayed in the room we were actually given was much older and still had a spa however nothing like the room that was in the pictures that was advertised under the King spa room that we had thought we were booking. Very disappointing to be honest.

The management of this property truly understand the meaning of hospitality.
My sister had to go to the Emergency Dept at Maitland Hospital and needed surgery. I was staying in a large room bur needed to downsize and book 2 rooms. The owner allowed me to go to a smaller room first thing in the morning and gave me 2 rooms at a more affordable price than the internet. GREAT PLACE!!!

The room was quite expensive $169 and I don't think we got value for money. The room was small, needed renovating, had small basin in bathroom instead of vanity and nowhere to put toiletries. The bed was comfortable and everything worked but there was only a desk and one chair for two guests. I would have expected to pay a lot less for a room like this.

I think an update to the motel rooms would be a great idea, still very old. Very very clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast in the cafe was just ok, most disappointing thing was no toast served with the big breakfast and coffee was average. Management were lovely!

Although the room was small it was clean and had the essentials. Staff were friendly. Had a lovely breakfast at the cafe on site. Would recommend.
