Staff training required! Reception staff haven’t a clue, admin staff and accounting staff miserable. They all require training in customer service and efficiency. We were unable to use swimming pool or gym as they hadn’t processed access card prior to our visit. Our host asked them to give us access to the amenities but they refused. Reception staff then issued a temporary access card to use elevator to get to apar**ent - this stopped working as they had programmed it wrong. We were then unable to even get to the apar**ent that we had paid for via Air B & B. The whole episode was stressful, frustrating and unacceptable. Gramercy Property Team - get your act together or people will go elsewhere. On a more positive note, our host was lovely. Pity the same can’t be said for the Gramercy in-house staff. Would Not recommend! Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.
