入住麥加博德爾是一次難忘的經歷,深深打動了我。從我到達的那一刻起,我就感受到了一種平靜和歡迎的感覺,爲我的整個住宿定下了基調。位置,距離聖地僅1.5公里,提供了一個完美的平衡–足夠近,可以感覺到與這個地方的神聖性相連,但隱藏在一個允許休息和反思的和平地點。酒店的清潔度非常出色,增加了寧靜的氛圍。很明顯,客房部團隊將他們的心投入到工作中,確保每個細節都得到照顧。每天回到如此清新、一塵不染的房間,真的是安慰,感覺就像回家一樣。特別感謝酒店經理Farouk先生,他超越一切,讓我們感到安心。他熱情、細心的服務和真誠的關懷,使他有了如此的不同,很明顯,他以最高的待客標準領導團隊。我感到真正重視,這種服務水平既謙卑又令人振奮。前往聖地的班車服務本身就是一份禮物。知道交通得到可靠照顧,讓我安心,讓我完全專注於我的祈禱和訪問的精神目的。我在麥加的時光是舒適、關懷和聯繫的美麗融合。這是一個不僅滿足實際需求,而且觸動心靈的地方,讓我在離開後很長時間都會隨身攜帶的體驗。強烈推薦給任何在聖地附近尋找安靜避難所的人

這是我第一次在這家酒店短暫停留。從我開始在前台接待的旅程中,與“賽義夫”先生及其熱情的歡迎和持續的微笑,通過寬闊的,乾淨的房間,新的傢俱和許多設施,管家“Samy”的良好服務,路過最體面,支持和樂於助人的餐廳經理;“Taher”先生和他的專業團隊,再次在前台結束,熱情的“再見”Abd AlRahman先生。從我的角度來看,除了酒店離“聖地”遠,是麥加最好的酒店之一。

我10點到達旅館,接待處的女士告訴我們去 Omra ,回來拿房間,我是一個金費爾蒙特的成員,受到了嚴重的待遇。我們2:30回來,發現房間還沒準備好,被告知入住時間是4PM,但是在到達的一天之前,他們打電話問我什麼時候房間要準備好。每個顧客接待員都把我帶到另一個根本不實用的地方,我醒了12個小時以上,每天結束的時候,我都會把我扔到一邊。經過一番爭吵之後,我們終於找到了房間,我知道其中一個房間充滿了昆蟲,另一個房間是鄰居吵鬧的。當我打了幾次電話告訴接待處時,他們換了兩個房間,我們不得不等15分鐘才能坐扶梯。總的來說,我在這家酒店的經歷真的是 baaaaaad ,不會推薦給任何人。唯一積極的一點是,去聖地只有幾步路,除了沒有什麼值得,即使你和接待員的人說話,他們不會回答,因爲他們不聽,而我是一個黃金會員加上旅行顧問級別如果我是一個普通的客人,會發生什麼事呢?他們使我的日子變得艱難和悲慘

非常好的酒店..房間很好很寬敞。從酒店可以看到卡巴的景色非常好。早餐絕對很棒。很好的傳播,有很多選擇。我們得到了如此多的照顧,特別是阿什拉夫先生非常非常樂於助人,爲我們提供了額外的幫助,甚至爲我媽媽詳細地照顧我們。這就是你所說的熱情好客。我的評分*****。必須嘗試像阿什拉夫這樣的人,使其他屬性與這一點不同。

We had a great stay in Adress Jabal Omar! We will be back soon, in sha Allah. The staff is very polite and helpful. Especially Roaa from the restaurant (standing at the reception). Such a sweet girl! They also think about people with special needs. Although there is a bus bringing you to the Haram, they also offer a taxi with a elevator for wheelchairs. There was a minus: we had a stay of 5 nights and 6 days, the breakfast was everyday for 90% the same. Which is a big no for a 5 star hotel.

My stay at Hotel Marriott Jabal Omar was exceptionally excellent from the great location to the amazing staff all around. The administration staff were very accommodating. Including but not limited to the following: - Mr waleed the general manager was great from check in till ckeck out everything was spectacular - Mr. Eunis the guest relation manager was very kind and helpful in all our inquiries. - The chef Mr. Esam was especially outstanding, his food was delicious and included many options to satisfy all pallets I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and I will be coming back very soon.

We really like to stay at Novotel taskher Mekkah. The big name of Novotel are truly ON POINT we like the room which is amazing, the location is OK with a shuttle bus ready to Haram every hour. Overall it was a good experience . Unfortunately we haven't have chance to try the food,
