Emaar Al Khalil

The hotel is in the perfect location, 8-10mins walk away from the Kaaba/Haram. The hotel is nice and clean, the room was a decent size but the bathroom was a little small yet functional. Hotel has plenty of lifts and has the best massage chair in the reception area, which does amazing things to ease the pain! Brother Munif at reception was helpful, gave us information about taxi’s to Mount Hira and Madinah, places to get good coffee and tea, as well as being a nice humorous guy. We didn’t eat at the hotel but there are ample places to eat at near the hotel, which are all cheap and tasty! I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again! Thank you again! :-)

اشكر اخ عبدالله حسن المسؤول على العمال تنظيف الفندق كان جد اللطيف معنا ساعدني في البحت عن جوازات سفر وأشكر كذلك اخ العتيب الموجود في استقبال وأشكر جميع الموضفين على حسن الضيافة فيه إشارة أود ارسلها إلى المسؤولين أن هناك مشكل في الحمامات ليس في التنظيف ولكن في صيانتها لأن فيها رائحة كريهه تخرج منها السبب أظن أن الفندق قديم ويحتاج إلى التجديد بنية الحمامات وشكرا

Pelayanan, kebersihan ok, sigap dlm melayani, keadaan sesuai harga, jgn berharap spt bintang 5, tp bagi kami sangat cukup dan nyaman dalam mbantu proses ibadah... Suasana menuju hotel dari harom sangat menyenngkan, krn banyak yg jualan, susana yg khas dari harom...

I arrived early morning 10 am and hotel refused to provide rooms and my family was staying at street. I did request to cancel the booking and the hotel reception advised to cancel through trip.com then I discovered i was fully charged and the hotel refused to refund me back. Really it was very bad experience and i advise everyone to avoid this hotel

Otel kabeye yakın pazarın içinde ulaşması kolay personel güler yüzlü bagaj emaneti aldılar giriş saatine kadar. Sorunsuz geçti elhamdülillah.

Good service, young boyes working hard they doing their best but few of old Chavez looking angry and tired. No one understand English but overall 😄
