麥加無極限酒店(Infinity Hotel Makkah)

11 günlük umre konaklaması yaptık. Otel beş yıldızlı olarak geçiyor. Ancak nereye ve neye göre beş yıldız. Yemekler ve kahvaltı oldukça kötü kokuyor ve kesinlikle yenmiyor. Otel Kabeye yürüme mesafeli ancak ranpadan dolayı yorucu ve ulaşımı zor bir otel. Diyanetin bunları göz önünde bulundurup bu oteli tercih etmemesi gerekmektedir. Kötü bir otel; yapılan ibadetin şevkini ve verimini çok azaltıyor.

Propreté pas top à ne pas réservé pour une longue durée . Sale de bain très très sal !! chambre vieille avec des meubles cassés. Une très Mauvaise le trajet pour aller à la mosquée très compliqué dans une montée expérience .climatisation avec un bruit insupportable surtout la nuit.

Le seul avantage c'est qu'il est à 700 m de la Mecque le lieu saint. Restauration moyenne Propreté moyenne Personnel fait son max mais n'arrivent pas à combler l'écart de qualité Le quartier / boulevard est très mouvementé mais proche des commodités

The hotel has good customer relations and the ambiance is very good . The hotel provides a heavy breakfast for the team. The room service incase of any problems they come immediately.

The housekeeping team were efficient, thorough, and ensured that my room was kept in pristine condition throughout my stay. However, I was disappointed with the restaurant service. The dishes lacked flavor and creativity, and I found the overall dining experience to be below expectations. Additionally, I encountered challenges with the service staff, who seemed disengaged and unresponsive to customer needs.

The hotel was very good. Our room was large and well equipped. There was a mini fridge, kettle, mugs, tea, sugar. There was a big desk and a wardrobe with a safe. There was a prayer mat with a Quran on one of the shelves . The air conditioner worked well. Bathroom had towels, toilet rolls. The cleaners didn’t come every day but you could ring them and they would come and change your beds, bin and restock on everything. The two cleaners were very nice , they gave us extra mugs.sugar and whatever we needed. The only two things I would point out is 1) no microwave and 2) The hotel is a little bit of a walk to Masjid Al Haram. Coming back is a bit of a struggle because it’s on a steep hill. So a bit difficult for children and old people. Apart from that it was all great

nice hotel I SPEND 7DAYS FROM NOV 21 -TO NOV 28 /2023 FLOOR 14 -ROOM 1438 I WAS WITH SONATRACH GROUP FROM ALGERIA .I TOLD TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO GO TO THIS HOTEL DURING THEIR OMRA . MOHAMED NEKROUF .THANKS

Avoid to go… Very poor food and service. I have paid for 5* hotel but I don’t believe even they are 2*. Disgusting food. Every day same food for 10 days. Smoking in corridors. I have reached a few managers but they did nothing. They are not even 3 star hotel. Don’t waste your money.

Reasons not to book 1. It is on a huge hill. Your legs will ache whether you’re young or old. It is a very long walk NOT 5 mins. 2. There is no WiFi in the hotel. (They have WiFi but it does not work) 3. There is no service in the hotel (if you get a sim, mobile data DOES NOT work. 4. Breakfast. Is not even breakfast. You don’t even get toast. You will starve. They have random things that are not classed as breakfast and NOT filling. 5. So many elevators but they are so slow. On one occasion the lift started to shake and began missing floors. It was scary. The only good thing was the cleaning staff were very nice.
