Room was big enough, clean and cozy. Bathroom was clean and had all amenities. Breakfast was very good with plenty variety of food. Central location, quiet and just a few steps from Hagymatikum Thermal Baths. Wi-Fi was OK. TV channels only from Hungary and very few international one's. Free parking! Beds were a little bit small. Receptionist spoke our language and were very friendly and good welcomed!

We were attending a wedding nearby, a lovely plush hotel, very comfortable and clean. Attentive helpful staff and a super breakfast. We only had one meal which was delicious. We used the hotel discount for the local spa which was great and the town had lots on, a festival with music and dancing, great places to eat day and night. We would highly recommend.

I stayed 3 days in this hotel ! I had a superior room ! The room was Ok , but at 4 stars they didn’t have slippers (when ask about this at reception, they said me -slippers are with charge!!!- not the price is the problem but I stayed in a lot of hotele and I didn’t hear this )In bathroom were only 2 little showergel( no shampoo, or lotion) In 3 days only this and I need to use only soap after ! In 3 days only in one day ,the maid took the trash! At Reception in first day they didn’ t give any informations, only the key! Hospitality almost zero in this hotel! Breakfast was Ok , but dinner was the weakest dinner in all hotels in Hungary( I stayed more than 20 times in Hungary)! At dinner the food seemed to be at one restaurant for the poor! This hotel is nice, but services are very poor ! First stay , but never return !

Very good hotel for Mako area. Bit difficult to locate due to street variances, but worth the effort. Friendly reception staff. Offered valet parking which I declined for my rental car. Limited secured parking looked full in AM, but good sized adjacent public parking was available. Room was quiet and above average size with high ceilings and good view of park. Continental breakfast was slightly above average.
