葡萄牙廣場附近的馬六甲酒店

酒店地理位置優越，環境寧靜，您可以在泳池邊欣賞日落。此外，附近還有許多風格各異的餐廳，味道鮮美。酒店員工服務周到，彬彬有禮。總是面帶微笑，耐心服務。不過，房間裡只提供了咖啡包，沒有茶包。此外，當我要求維修窗戶附近損壞的日光燈管時，卻沒有任何後續服務。由於麻六甲並不是一個大城市，附近都是旅遊景點，乘坐計程車約 6 分鐘即可到達。使用 Grab 應用程式隨時呼叫計程車非常方便。

一切都好👍。只有2件事不太令人滿意。 1）這裡停車每次進入需支付RM 6.00。其他飯店免費一次。停車場附近錢用完了😅。 2) Kene 中午 12 點前準時結帳只要再多一點時間就可以放電了。廣告飯店或多或少都會加班。這家旅館不是。

Overall this hotel was very so so. Just provide standard ammenities. Parking is free which is at basement. Sadly my card can’t access my room because of door sensor. But the staff very helpful and immediately repair that broken sensor. Room was clean and tidy.

像往常一樣，飯店房間乾淨整潔、舒適。飯店的工作人員很友好，樂於助人。飯店旁提供免費停車場。步行即可輕鬆獲得食物和飲料。入住飯店需付押金rm50。

差評不少，訂的時候還很擔心，但入住後十分滿意，房間屬於套房，有兩個廁所，衞生可以，辦理入住比較難，但退房秒速。地理位置好，附近有英雄廣場購物中心和一個大型百貨公司，英雄廣場內有個很大的運動品牌outlet,比吉隆坡便宜。附近餐廳少。去各經典景點走路就可以了。

酒店地理位置大堂等一切都不錯。唯有走廊很大一股霉味，臭氣熏天，房間因吹了空調，霉味少很多，想必走廊跟房間共用一個通風系統，很擔心把黴菌吸入體內，破壞身體健康。

舒適的2晚假期。房間和廁所寬敞乾淨。近kemana2.

整體房間蠻大的，位置離雞場街夜市約步行15-20分鐘。不算方便。早餐算一般般，假日使用早餐的人潮多，要避開熱門時段。 游池的景觀不錯，可以找時間去使用。 唯一遺憾的是，訂房資訊跟實際住房狀況有出入。不確定是那個環節的問題。訂房上是顯示房間是在20-30樓。但實際上被安排在12樓。有詢問服務員，但只提到一樣的房型目前只剩下低樓層。這讓人有種失落感，甚至欺騙的感受。我選擇該房型就是想住高樓層，但實際上卻是同房型低樓層，甚至是與訂房資訊不同。

The hotel from the exterior looked really grand. The room was quite big in size and the hotel reception staff were nice enough. We (husband, two teenage children and I) arrived an hour early and were directed to the note that they didn’t have early check-ins. The doorman was nice and gave us an umbrella as it was raining when we were going out. However, the bathroom was not very clean with rotting shower screen because of most likely poor cleaning. The towels in the bathroom were supposed to be white but were brown in colour and stained. Unfortunately, we had to use these as there was no other option, felt unclean after shower. The corridor had a musty odour which was overpowering. Stayed two nights and had put up a door sign to have the room cleaned but no one came around and we were out all day. Bottled water was given on the first day but not on the subsequent day. I’m glad we only stayed two nights as couldn’t have tolerated the place for any longer.

價格還可以..隨你所擁有的..沒有電視..這不好..但是地板很髒..當你坐在地板上時會出現皮疹和瘙癢..設施缺乏.服務工作人員的意見還可以。停車位還可以，一切都在那裡。僅此而已。不確定房間是否打掃乾淨，​​因為我的孩子很小，在地板上爬行。我媽媽很癢。也許會再來，但要求管理層為所有用戶保持清潔。
