羅納瓦拉麗笙水療度假村(Radisson Resort Amp; Spa Lonavala)

Great Place for family and kids Full day activities are planned very well so you don’t have to move out of the hotel. Travelled with my 3 year old daughter who really enjoyed. The hospitality the service provided by the whole staff is of top quality. Play area was very good and Jain food was well prepared and kids food was also good.

Overall it was a comfortable stay.. Rooms are spacious Hospitality is good Food is amazing Swimming pool is amazing Lots of things for kids too which ease our stay as well Just wanna mention that the service is quite slow .. need to work on it Thank you Anushka madame for a comfortable stay for us...

what to say about there hospitality . That was top notch from start to end everything was perfect. The lady from Guest relations to the gentlemen from bar MrPrakash and his team was perfect and The gentlemen from restaurant Mr kunal was really helpful. the activity part was perfect engaging guest time to time. we had a wonderful happy stay with you and we are full satisfied with your hospitality. it was a pleasure to be back in the property with my familyvto celebrate my daughters birthday. Anushka was quite helpful even cintacting us before our arriaval and enauring everything are taken care. Thanks Anushka for taling care of our stay and enauring we do get all attention.

Everything was upto the mark. And got more then expected. Very helpfull staff. Friendly in nature but very professional felt like I was in my own house. Differently refer all my friends and family. Also planning very soon for my next visit..

After undergoing a life saving surgery, I was looking for a get away trip ***** with my little family of two daughand a wife. From Mumbai lLoavna was at a perfect distance, which would cause no trouble during travel. My Sister Suggested Radisson Resort and Spa and knowing its repitation I agreed immediately. Aposed by surine Mountain of Sayadhri, Radisson is located in the perfect poket of Lonavala to provide the experience unmatched to its visitors. Maratha theme well explained by Mr Yassin made us proud and gave the pride of belonging to Maharashtra state. The welcome drink and the tutari made us feel special. Food, cleanliness and the aminities provided in room are of superclass category. Sweeming pool is well maintained. Mr. Yasin, and the new appointee Ms Patel were very cordial and friendly. All the activities are very well planned. My family enjoyed cycling tracking and the Spa session the most. Radisson group at Lonavla is doing wonderful job in hospitality sector and we as first time visitors are fully satisfied and filled with joy after having visited the resort. It was very nice and pleasant stay here. Staff and service was excellent specially Miss anushka and miss gaurvee were very helpful and supportive. They took care of us very well. Hoping to come back soon. We will recommend this stay to all if they are visiting Lonavala
