馬爾切西內索萊酒店(Hotel Sole Malcesine)

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar direkt am See, nur durch die Strasse getrennt. EIne tolle Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge unterschiedlichster Art. Auch das "All-inclusive"-Angebot (wirklich All-inclusive, auch Getränke) ist erwähnenswert. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber; die Matratzen toll; die Dusche ein bisschen klein. Was vielleicht etwas verbesserungswürdig ist, ist der Ess-Bereich: Das ist mehr ein Speisesaal als ein Restaurant. Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und auch die Beleuchtung ist nicht ganz zeitgemäss. Aber wir waren da ja nur zum Essen; insofern lautet unser Gesamtfazit: Gemessen am Preis eine echte Empfehlung.

Rapport qualité prix hors du commun avec une vue superbe sur le lac. Personnel très sympathique. Très belles chambres. Piscine avec vue sur le lac magnifique. Bel espace spa avec jacuzzi et sauna. Belles vacances.

Dieses drei Sterne Hotel erfüllt Anforderungen an eine Jugendherberge. Mehr ganz sicher nicht. AI bedeutet hier, Bier und Wein aus dem Automaten - selbst gezapft. Zu den Mahlzeiten war nicht einmal der Tisch gedeckt. Das Essen ungenießbar. Wir haben hier nur übernachtet und in der Stadt gegessen. Service gleich null. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war ok. Personal war unfreundlich und schien genervt.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sole 4th - 11th May 2024. We stayed in room 235 which was to the side of the hotel but still had stunning views across the lake, also had amazing views from the dining room and pool side. The room was comfortable with daily maid service and fresh towels. The all inclusive menu offered lots of choice at breakfast lunch and dinner, delicious food and plenty of it which was self service buffet. A special thank you to head waiter Mohammed and Nayeem who work hard each day and also kept a meal for us on a late return from a trip to Venice. We hired bikes from the hotel and cycled along the stunning lake path down to Malcesine. There is also a bus stop directly opposite the hotel with an hourly tourist bus which is cheaper than the main service 484 bus. We would definitely stay again. Nice rooms. Tremendous view over the lake from the room, from the restaurant, from the terrace and even from the swimming pool. Friendly service. Good all-inclusive concept. Everything neat and clean. Only small disadvantage: no light on the balcony to read a book or so. Nice to have your own parkingspace in the hotel's parking garage, even though it required some driving skills. All in all a beautifull location with a fantastic view. Absolutely worthwhile and recommendable!

We spend 2 nights at the room 121 on the 3rd flloor. The guy who work at the reception agressed physicaly and verbaly my friend. We called immediately the police who came and wrote a report. When we checked out, an other guy at the reception told us that he was sorry but this kind of incident happened already to some other guests. We will write directly to the hôtel owner. This hôtel is not à quality of a ☆☆☆s. Hôtel is very old, bathroom is not clean. Swimming pool area is great. But this is all. Breakfast was not good quality and the dining area was dirty. Parking is small and you need to take a elevator with your car. We do NOT recomend this hotel.

The hotel wasn’t all bad. It was very clean, the swimming pool was lovely and the location is amazing. But it is not All Inclusive as advertised. Lunch options are dire, two options with potatoes. Twice there was no vegetarian option so I was made, what I can only imagine by the taste, was a tin of chopped tomatoes mixed with pasta. Asked for mozzarella cheese, was told there was Parmesan available (not vegetarian, was unable to discuss this given language barrier) Had to heap on chili and balsamic vinegar to make it edible. Apart from that meal, the food (albeit slim choices) was very good. But it was the same boring breakfast every day, no option of ice cream until 7 o clock which when travelling with a 5 year old is disappointing. I even tried at 6:30 one night and was told by a member of staff that I had to wait despite people usually starting dinner around 6:45. Not even one single night was there a choice of pizza… in Italy. You can have gin, vodka or rum.. but you have to get it on the bottom floor of reception, then travel to the first floor to get the mixer of the cheapest syrupy lemon, orange or cola available. The lady at the kids club is LOVELY, but personally did not feel I could leave my child there unattended and I sat outside whilst he played. Overall disappointed as food is a massive part of a holiday for me and was very let down. If you are travelling to Malcesine and plan to not eat or drink at your hotel and spend the day travelling or by the pool.. this hotel is for you. If you are travelling with a child and/or spending a lot of meal times in the hotel, this is not the hotel for you.

Clean Room. Good and quiet location. Parking only for good drivers. Boring breakfast. Beautiful view from balcony. Nice swimmimg pool with beautiful mountain and lake view to. We recommended this hotel.

Very good hotel in a good location, great value for your money. If we travel to this area again, we will visit the hotel again. Would recommend to couples and families. Lots of opportunities for sports.
