Wi-Fi very very slow. Bed Sheet dirty:(

Nice hotel made for a relaxing stay. Road noise was an issue if the room doors to the balcony were open so you had to have the room closed up. Bed was very comfortable as were complimentary robes and slippers.

Such a great lil weekend escape to the Mountains. We have stayed a few times and always love staying here. Great location and we love the spa bath on the balcony overlooking the views.

Okay hotel in a beautiful place. We got a nice apar**ent that was very big and fine. No breakfast included but we had a kitchen. Laundry facilities are old and not so nice.

Beautiful room , lovely breakfast arrived at our room on time great staff Our problem was the spa only worked on end , not good when you want to have a spa together.. the whole reason i booked this particular room. Also no teaspoons to make our coffee

Really great location, a short walk into Montville. Great facilities, great dinner and the Happy Hour was brilliant. Wifi was rather slow.

The place was lovely, block out blinds would have been nice and attention to detail with lights falling out of the roof in the bathroom could have been fixed before our stay. The bed was comfortable, the size perfect, was clean and the staff were lovely.

What we didn't like was that the shower didn't drain properly. The back glass door had a catch missing and did not lock. We reported it and the receptionist matter of factly responded, yes we know about that, it's going to be repaired. Girl on front desk was indifferent (cold) toward us made us wait at least 5 minutes whilst on the phone. These finding may sound hostile but we are not exaggerating. You have a wonderful hotel however, the receptionist needs more training on how to treat customers. She was on the phone when we arrived and made us wait at least 5 minutes while she chatted on the phone. When we checked out, there was no-one at the desk a man came out of the restaurant with a coffee in his hand and asked us if we were checking out and took our keys from us. The hotel cleaners do an immaculate job. The place was spotless.
