Banvaree a FNB guy was a very good host for us he served us very well we loved to have food and the service and elegance he showed was very fabulous And i would love to come again and hope I to receive the same service and last what a great fnb team and banvaree Need for improvement in front office especially night staff

Todos os funcionários muito educados e sempre dispostos ajudar. Fiquei impactada com tanto acolhimento. Eles me auxiliaram em vários processos. Minha bagagem extraviou no aeroporto, mesmo não tendo nada com o processo, fizeram questão de intermediar. A estrutura é impecável e as refeições ótimas. Eu recomendo.

Rooms are pretty big and good service by the entire team. The pillows were fluffy The toiletries and rest of the stuff everything was provided Complimentary breakfast and fruits at any time to the room. The lounge area is the beauty and overall a pleasant experience

My go to place whenever I am in Manipal. Good rooms, helpful staff. Awesome food. They have a swimming pool that my kids enjoy and vicinity to Mahe campus is a very big plus point asnmy daughter is studying there and she can be with me in between her classes.

The room was amazing. It was very clean and luxurious. The bath area could be made bigger. The room service was excellent. The staff are very courteous and polite. The rangoli restaurant was very good but I feel the variety of food for vegetarians could be increased Overall it was a wonderful experience at the hotel.

Stayed at fortune valley Manipal for 2 days.Very good hospitality.Staff very courteous.Food also good .Breakfast buffet good spread.location is also good.just opposite mit and Kasturba hospital.welcome drink really refreshing.Rooms are spacious.They have all basic amenities.

Very nice service and clean rooms. Restaurant inside the hotel is amazing with delicious food. They also have snack bars inside rooms. The staff is really helpful and polite. They respond quickly to any problem you may come across and resolve it within reasonable time. Overall my experience in Fortune Valley was Perfect.

Top class service. Very courteous and helpful staff. A special mention to Mr Banwari at the Rangoli restraurant who made our every wish at breafast come true. The breakfast buffet had a good spread and staff were always attentive. Rooms are spacious.
