Esperábamos una experiencia de hotel acorde a las buenas reseñas, y a la recomendación de la agencia local, pero nos encontramos con algo muy distinto y decepcionante. Este lugar no ofrece realmente un servicio de hotel, la limpieza y el mantenimiento de las habitaciones está bien pero no hay atención a los detalles que se esperan en un alojamiento bien valorado. Básicamente, es más un alojamiento sin servicio que un hotel propiamente dicho. Nos sorprendió ver tantas críticas positivas, porque nuestra experiencia estuvo lejos de ser satisfactoria. Lo más desconcertante es cómo tiene valoraciones tan altas cuando claramente no ofrece una experiencia de hotel como tal. No hay nada de encanto en este sitio y la atención deja mucho que desear en especial debes desayunar cuando el dueño quiere porque no hay apenas personal. No tiene hamacas salvo dos tumbonas al lado piscina.. Lo del desayuno en la playa es de risa… Finalmente, gracias a la agencia nos cambiamos al hotel de al lado, Balay sa Baibai donde recibimos una atención muchisimo mejor y un servicio acorde a lo que esperábamos. Definitivamente no recomiendo este hotel y por lo que pagas al lado tienes un hotel con mucho encanto y trato de 10.

Nos lo recomendó la agencia BNT travel como un hotel fantástico y es una gran decepción. No se le puede llamar hotel ya q no tiene ningún servicio al cliente. Incluso tienes q desayunar a la hora que el propietario quiere. Realmente esto no es un hotel, es una habitación sin nada especial.

A gem on Camiguin. We stayed here with our 4 year old, 6 year old and their Grandparents and it was such a delight. The kids enjoyed playing with the dogs and chasing the chickensn and we felt like we treated like we were their most important customes. Thanks to Andrew for setting up the scuba dive in Mantigue and driving us around select spots on the island. Breakfast was included and Jerome even made yogurt for us, which was absolutely satisfying. Look no further, book now!

Amazing resort at Camiguin island, Jerome is super host. Beautiful resort with beautiful people/staff. They take care every single bits of your daily needs. The rooms are big and beautifully designed, love it to every bit details they put. You dont need to buy water since they put the water dispenser at the room, coffee, tea at your choice for free. Super super love with their services. We got 2 rooms since we are 6 in the family, we are dog lovers, so this an adding points for us. Jerome told us the story how he rescued the dogs, amazing guy with a golden heart. Btw you can eat breakfast at anytime, they will prepare it once you are ready for it, unlike in other resorts, they have the limited time. This is an adding points if you are late riser. In our case, we need to go early since we have the sea activities, so we requested them to prepare it early and no huss at all. What I love the most was, the privacy, only 3 villas, so if you need to unwind and just relax with your family and loved ones, this is the best place to be. Looking forward for our next visit here. Buena ubicación , villas espaciosas y cómodas , buen desayuno , y sobre todo la atención de todo el personal del hotel desde el propietario Jerome hasta Andrew que estaba todo el día a nuestra disposición para hacer planes . Magnifica estancia , si vais a Camiguín alojaros aquí , sin duda .
