Dropped by for a short 1 night stay. Cosy place. There was only one guy managing check in/ restaurant etc. No available universal EV chargers in the town except for 2 other hotels, reserved for their own hotel guests.

This location is dishonest. I tried to change my reservation by one day and they wanted to charge me $50 more, so I cancelled my reservation. When I asked for a confirmation number for the cancellation, they told me it was the same as the confirmation number I had been given when I booked. They did not tell me I needed to call Trip.com to let them know it was cancelled. When I did not receive a refund, I checked on it several months later, and they claimed I had never cancelled with them and would've needed to cancel with Trip.com anyway. A manager never called me back. I have never had a hotel steal my money before when I cancelled ahead of time. Buyer Beware!

Check in was horrible. Guy behind the glass barely said two words and was very irritable. I guess he forgot he was in the hospitality business. Toilet bowl was dirty on arrival. Room was full of dust and when the sun shined in it looked liked it was a blizzard of fine dust particles. Guess I got what I paid for

The property itself is fine, but NEVER accept a room anywhere near 101. We rapidly realized the really loud droning noise that made it awful to be in the room was a huge restaurant vent fan situated exactly outside our room/window. Asked to be moved. No. Told, "Oh they will turn it off." Yea they turn it off from about 1am to 5am. Not much help for someone trying to sleep. Gave them the keys back and left to stay elsewhere. They seemed to care, you know, about zero.

Need to update the pillows. Other than that, we had a great stay. It’s an un, updated hotel, but clean and comfortable. During ski season, it is almost sk in-ski out. During spring season, it’s a shuttle ride away, but the stop is very close. Also, great morning bagel at Old New York.

My stay was really nice. Location is a huge perk (Gondola right across the street and village shops/restaurants). I think the location pays for itself. The room was very clean and spacious. The building is a bit outdated and some of the amenities could be improved. (For ex: I think they could provide better quality soaps/shampoo, microwaves in room, etc., but not that big of a deal). In addition, they do not offer room service (just towel replacement and trash removal), which is an area I think could be improved.

Great location for a weekend ski trip. The hotel room was updated with new furniture, it had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The rest of the hotel was a little dated but still in good condition. Staff was very friendly. The convenience to the gondola was perfect, good places to eat in walking or short driving distance. Would stay again and would recommend.

Great hotel. our favorite in Mammoth close to the gondola and restaurants in town. Don't have to drive once you arrive. Could improve the heating controls as electric baseboard is tricky to adjust.

The Alpenhof lodge is a quaint lodge directly across from the village. The Clocktower seller is a fun place to socialize after après-ski. The front desk is super helpful. I appreciate Adam and every one was very nice. They helps Make the stay comfortable.

The property is older but the location right across from the village makes it a great value

It’s an old cozy place to spend a few nights and the location is great! There are a number of eateries including Petra’s and it’s a walk to the Gondola that takes you to Canyon Lodge and access to the snow!

Oh my gosh! It was such a quaint stay and the front desk was so pleasant and nice! They really make you feel at home! The gondola is right across the street and downstairs of the hotel they have laundry machines, a sauna and hot tub, and the bar/restaurant can be accessed that way as well as from the outside entrance. We really enjoyed our stay so much! Definitely 10/10 recommended!
