Great location and staff, clean and affordable.

At the face the property looked ok but I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Between the hours of 10 pm and 1 am, several men knocked at the door of our room trying to get in. The room does not have a phone so I could not reach reception to report it. When we walked out at 4 am to go to the airport, several men were sitting at the table and chairs in the open made for guests and still drinking booze and there were many empty bottles. Highly unsafe and do not recommend anyone to stay here. I’ve stayed in many hotels in many countries but never had this experience. The most basic thing a hotel should offer you is safety and this one failed.

The manager had a terrible attitude not customer friendly at all. The towel that was provided was torn, the bed was very uncomfortable. I went to the restaurant ordered my food and after waiting over an hour and a half for the food I finally check to see what is happening I was told by the manager that the order was never put in because I did not pay up front nowhere is there a sign that states that you have to pay for your food up front in the restaurant before they put in the order all in all it was a horrible experience and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms have AC and are decent size with a close safe gated location to the airport for early flight. Good for one night but expensive in terms of Nica prices- I paid $9 USD for a load of laundry... which seems really high. Also the food prices are high too, but there are a few restaurants in walking distance close by.

Todo excelente desde el chofer ( el señor Juan muy diligente y amable ) hasta las cocineras todo me encantó un buen lugar para esperar tu próximo vuelo
