The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean, except the ginat rooftop windows in our room. They were a really nice feature and a big reason we chose that room but the windows were really filthy. The only other negative was the clapping and clicking noises the AC frequenyly made. The shower was small but nice and overall it was a nice room. The staff were all wonderful.

We were here for a weekend conference that my husband was attending for work. We had a very nice stay. The front desk clerk Kelly Ann was especially amazing and helpful. See we went up a day earlier than the rest of the people. She arrange things so we would not have to change rooms because of this. She and the other staff were very polite and pleasant to talk to and deal with. They were very understanding over the love we have for their chocolate chip cookies. lol

I had the most comfortable stay at the hotel, the room was Immaculate the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. I had dinner at the restaurant definitely try the salmon it was absolutely phenomenal and they referred me to a Starbucks that's within the building and the young lady that worked at the Starbucks was absolutely just fabulous helpful and an awesome cup of Starbucks coffee.

The room was perfect, very comfortable and with a great view of the city. The location couldn't be more convenient. The service was excellent. Drinks were expensive but worth it and our server in the restaurant downstairs was amazing. Best hotel experience I've had in a very long time. Will definitely stay again!

When we made reservations breakfast was included. That was no longer the case, i feel we should have been notified. I paid $1,490.00 for 2 rooms for 2 days. Breakfast should have been included. Also, I dont like the practice of jacking up the prices, double the normal, when you know of an event
