曼徹斯特市中心（公主街）(Premier Inn Manchester City Centre (Princess Street))

Very good location in the heart of the city centre with lots of amenities close by Rooms were modern, spacious and clean Wifi was poor - I visited this hotel 2 years ago and had the same issue Car parking is too expensive so I parked at another near by car park which offered cheaper parking overall

Really bad. This is an honest review. Hard to find because of bad signage (our taxi driver couldn’t even find it). Next to a large construction site and on top of a large parking garage. Shower spraying everywhere because it wasn’t attached properly. Thermostat didn’t work. And tub literally slanted (and I am not kidding) 20 degrees downward making it easy to slip. And the shower curtain only goes about 1/2 across the shower so water gets all over the floor.

Impossible to get through on phone.Poor reception, no accommodation for 3 beds in Family room.Told we may booking of 2 children 1 Adult when opposite the case no fresh air in room Sleep disturbed due to bad mattress

Stayed for birthday. Spent £170 total at this hotel - for unclean room - still hits of good from previous people on the floor and dust in all the corners which was very unpleasant - heating didn’t work so was freezing all night as we stayed on the 15th floor in winter

Paco (real name Francisco Tej***) (Gdpr). I have had to visit Manchester every 3 months for a week, for the last 4 years (except during covid) and Paco has been the chef I spoke to most mornings for breakfast. What a genuine guy, nice polite and always cheery on shift. Always had the time to have a quick chat over nothing in particular, but fab customer service. 👌 He always recognised me when I visited Manchester and asked how I am, etc. He is not necessarily front of house, but I think he should be recognised for his efforts and how he balances and runs the kitchen. From someone that works as a senior leader in the food/hospitality industry I know that front of house staff are often recognised and not so much behind the counter, so please can the management team recognise such a valuable employee.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Good price for being so central. The restaurant was huge and had a good atmosphere. Food was good too with an interesting range. Staff were friendly and very helpful, always available.

New building, so super clean with very quiet rooms. Has a car park right next door, so great if you have a car. Near the University and about a 20-25 minute walk in to the City Centre (Arndale), and about a 10-15 minute walk to China Town, so fairly handy. Staff were really welcoming and friendly.

Had a great stay but had a few issues which I hope I’ll see a change in the next time I come back. One of which was the seating in dining room as a big family we like to sit together to talk over meals but found they only catered for families of four. Also not enough irons and boards as when I first asked there wasn’t any available. Room was lovely as always but could have done with a proper low bed instead of two singles connected Together. Sleep was of good quality and there wasn’t any noise from inside or outside the hotel.
