Homewood Suites by Hilton York

We were greeted upon our arrival by two lovely individuals and they set a tone for our stay. We were not there very long but the room was comfortable and quiet. Access from the highway was easy on and off. We stayed the next night in another hotel and that one couldn’t hold a stick to this one.

The energy from the staff was perfect! Must say high class Hotel better then expected. Thanks to the staff for an amazing experience i’ll definitely be back many more to come.

Besides being convenient to the highway, gasoline, and short drive to variety of choices of restaurants, the hotel was clean, quiet, and the breakfast was excellent.

It was ok nothing special our bathroom tub was clogged and the toilet was leaking water all on the floor for 3 days of our stay took maintenance 3 days to come to fix the issue free breakfast gave us stomach aches

We will be back. The best hotel stay I have had in years. They work hard cleaning, even painting and refreshing every week. Food and drinks were great too!

Second time staying here all was great for a family of 4. it is always a pleasure keeping using the refridge for leftovers/drinks and a bonus eating in!

This place was nice the first time i stayed. But this time around they charged me 330 for smoking in a room i infact DID NOT smoke in. The evidence they "had" was some dirt on the floor. We had 5 kids with us and dont even smoke in our own homes let alone someone elses property. I paid money to stay here and they robbed me of 330 for dirt on the floor they said was from smoking.. never even called me before charging me nor did they give me any receipt for what they charged me for. This hotel will never get my business again! stuck up im better than everyone pricks. But yet its okay for a bunch of teenagers right outside the exit door to smoke MJ right under the CAMERA! Truly glad im not welcome back to this money hungry good for nothing facility. Happy freakin new year!

This property is a stand out for Hilton. Essential to this property delivering as it does is its staff. Every person behind the desk, the housekeeping and engineering stafff are all excellent at what they do. Not surprisingly, the leadership at the hotel emulates the spirit of customer service with brisk efficiency. If you have a chance to take a night or 5 here, you will be glad you did.
