蘭開斯特Residence Inn 酒店(Residence Inn Lancaster)

This is a five story hotel. Only one of the two elevators worked during the first day of our stay. On the second day, the second elevator stopped functioning. I overheard the counter person telling a guest that the second elevator malfunction was a surprise. Why? If one stops, shouldn't you need it fixed in case the second has a problem.

Lovely accommodations. Staff was wonderful. Great location. Unfortunately housekeeping must have had a problem with the holiday scheduling. We were supposed to have service every other day but only had it at the beginning and end of our seven day stay. I had to empty the trash and get clean towels from the front desk. However, overall, it was a wonderful experience and we will be back.

easy access to room....close to back door for pet entry with little activity distraction. friendly staff. food good. coffee in dining room great...coffee in room not as good, but ok in a pinch.

They shut off our keys before the noon checkout time, which made it difficult when making several trips to the car from the 4th floor. It's such a cheap move, it kind of soured me on our one-night stay (although at least checkout was at noon). Bathroom smelled a bit of mildew. Otherwise, it was a fine stay. Good location on edge of city next to shopping.

Many good things, some not so much, a few awful. Check in was fast, easy and the young woman at the desk was very pleasant. The facility was very clean. The room...we had a king room with sitting area and kitchen...was nice...clean, big enough for two of us. The breakfast provided was impressive in it's variety and prep, and tasted good. A suggestion on the hot foods ...if you have a kitchen, take to your room to microwave as food is warm, some cold, not hot. Or, hotel, put a microwave in the breakast room. The rooms are only cleaned every other day, which I didn't care for. We pay the same for every day, service should be the same. If you're not providing that service, then reduce your rate for the between days, and avertise that you only clean every other day. We didn't know this until check in. For me, one of the things I really like about hotel stays is coming back at end of the day to a fresh room, bed made, clean, dry towels (for some reason, towels don't dry between showers). The shower is half open, half glass, no door. Very beautiful, actually. But, as a result, the floor mat is always wet. And it's cold since there's no stall to hold the steam. Our final night, there was no water after around 4 am. Called desk at 9 am, they had no idea when water would be fixed. No offer of anything, no discount offered...just that breakfast was still available. Left early without being able to get cleaned up. Bathroom was a no-no. Went to a local store to go....

Beds quite comfortable room was very clean staff was awesome. The one thing I didn’t like was the room across the hall guest had two barking dogs darning our stay. Other then this one thing I would recommend this hotel.

What a lovely stay we had! Very nice amenities! We throughly enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the courtyard. Breakfast was quite nice with many selections. Very clean! Loved having a dishwasher and full sized refrigerator. Comfy beds too!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our suite was so clean had many amenities. Free breakfast, pool and gym. Close to stores and restaurants. Would definitely go back again!

This is a very nice, clean hotel. Perfect for our family of 4, with an 8 and 11 year old.
