灰狼客棧(Gray Wolf Lodge)

Had to call no one at desk, door locked. Room clean old & out dated. Guy was very nice. Left at 8am again door locked no one there. So couldn't get pool towels or more coffee. But it served it's purpose for a place to sleep

Very basic motel. The room was clean and beds were firm. The pool and hot tub were the main reason we chose it. Unfortunately the pool was freezing and the hot tub was lukewarm at best.

The property was very clean. The staff was wonderful and acccommodating. Very friendly and helpful. The room was warm, comfortable and very clean. Highly recommended.

Staff was very friendly! Room was clean. It could use some updating, but was comfy. It’s been a well loved motel. Room was warm(it’s winter) so good. However the heating system was extremely noisy. Pool was very busy. Young Hockey team was staying there. Kids were great. Hot tub was very hot when we first got in but cooled down as cold water was being pumped in through the jets and it never did warm back up. I’ve stayed at many bad motels, this isn’t one of them. I would stay there again!

When I arrived my room didn't have any heat on and the temperature wasn't even registered on the thermostat. It took a day and half to get to 70°. Mind you I reserved the room 3 days before my trip. I had the thermostat turned up to 86°. When we wanted to use the hot tub it was colder than the pool. When I went and asked to get the hot tub turned on I got told give it 15 minutes. It still wasn't hot half hour later. The beds were rock hard. I should have asked for a refund the first night!

Noise heating system alarm clock did not work properly. Room was clean. Excellent views and close to stores and eating places. Over all happy.

The check in was easy and we had a friendly visit. She told me everything I needed to know to have an enjoyable night. Plus we a got two $10 credit vouchers for the ****** near by.

It is adverised and we were told at our 745pm check in that the pool was open until 10pm. We went for dinner and tried to go for a swim at 845 and it was locked up already. Since the office was closed we called the after hours number to have the person tell us they were sorry they must have closed early and there is nothing they can do about it because the man on site doesnt speak english. We only booked this hotel for the pool so find it very upsetting.

Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room was nicer than expected for the price and clean. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Only complaint is, there were several wet spots on the carpet, so we just used the many furnished towels on those areas. All in all, was a good stay for what we needed.
