Hopeless hotel and it's management. Booking made through trip.com and paid in Aus$ but hotel refused to accept the booking. Spoke to trio.com and they sent an email still hotel said they have not received any booking nor email. At last I have yo pay again in local currency. Now fighting trip.com to get refund.
Don't know if fault is from trip.com or from hotel but customer suffered and lost faith with trip.com and hotel.

The hotel is situated on the second floor in peak market area The place is budget and extremely neat and clean and comfortable The food served is excellent and the service is good Staff are courteous and well behaved Nice property for Buisness people

Rooms were quite pretty and staff was amazing and fast too food was amazing rooms were decorated beautifully and clean too and reception was quite good and it was to easy to check in and reception manager was quite good and smart too

This kind of service in Moradabad surprised me. Especially in Hotel Grand Sai, it was quite exhilarating and enlightening to observe that. Since some of my clients had planned my trip, I was uncertain about it. I really enjoyed the accommodations and dining services there.

I spent four days in this hotel in June. The location of this hotel is in the centre of Moradabad. The rooms are quite roomy and cosy, and the property is well-kept. The staff is really kind and the AC is quite effective.
