Catastrophic customer service. Self checkin for off hours arrivals works though, but in case of problems there is no service available other than a hotline where someone just opens a service ticket. Due to a heavy smell out of the sink or whatever the room could not be used at all. Calling the hotline was useless, no one was calling me back or was taking care of my problem. After waiting 1 hour in the lobby without any help, I eventually left the facility to check in into another hotel. It was terrible experience to be ignored as a guest. No more again!

Should never be listed with hotels. All they do is tell you they're not a hotel nor us there aby service of any sort!!

Siren (Fire alarm) had occured at night during my stay so long time. If this is error, some annoucement should be made.

I'm frequent user and satisfied with overall service always but in this time, I found a few things. Some rooms does not have full set of Kitchenware, which I know since the opening of this apar**ent. Secondly it is too late to inform Wifi Pass code to Guest. I have to call/mail often for request.

Due to high season, usage of facility is heavy load while the cleaning/maintenance seams less compared to last year. I wish it would be a bit more.

A huge plus is that if a problem arises, it is solved. Procedures related to free WiFi need to be improved: 1) Sign-up form is not Phone/tablet friendly 2) Additional instructions for fixing connection problems

No frills short term mini apar**ents at a very reasonable price. Excellent for a longer stay where traditional hotel won't work. Very clean and fresh. Kitchenette had everything needed to cook small meals. Weekly cleaning. Laundry facilities on site. Very pleased with our choice.
