克羅斯漢茲拉內利旅屋酒店(Travelodge Llanelli Cross Hands)

As the location of this hotel was perfect for our trip with it just being off the A48 it doesn’t take long to get to Carmarthen. The rooms were spotless and Shannon who was on reception was really helpful in suggesting places to eat after a long journey. The best night sleep ever will definitely be staying again.

When we visited Shannon on reception was very welcoming and helpful in giving us suggestions on where to go to eat and the directions to where to find them. The Travelodge in cross hands is located in a decent location just off the A48. The rooms were clean and would definitely be staying again

I would definitely stay here again. It is in the centre of everything and just off the A48. The room was clean and Shannon on reception was really help full with giving directions to the different places in the area. We could not have stayed in any other place that is any more convenient and close to the motorway.

Shannon at reception was very helpful and welcoming when we arrived. She helped us with the local area in suggesting places for us to have food as well as giving directions to each place. The bed was very comfortable and had a wonderful great night sleep would definitely come back.

The room clean and welcoming, staff are always on hand if you need anything or have a question. They are also very friendly!!

Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in yet. It is very outdated. The plugs didn’t work, they hadn’t bothered to fill up the shower gel or hand wash. There was fake tan and make up all over the sink. And the worst of all.. when I opened the lid to the toilet, it smelt of strong pee. Didn’t sleep very well because it just felt so grubby and there’s quite a bit of noise in the area. I won’t be staying here again. I wouldn’t pay £5 to stay the night let alone £60.

I just wanted to write and say I had a lovely experience on the phone from the manager Adele who has been very helpful with retrieving a hearing aid charger a family member left behind following a visit. I appreciated the time and effort in to solving this for us as it could have been stressful.

I would highly recommend staying here… the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is great value, always clean and tidy. If you ever need anything extra in the room the staff are on hand straight away. It’s nice to see young staff getting opportunities to learn new skills, Cerys is new to reception and I feel she deserves to be mentioned as one of the staff who go over and above to make your stay here as stress free as possible.

Love this hotel and the staff here are always amazing, yes it's looking tired but it's spotlessly clean and tidy Adele the manager was so helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay pleasant and comfortable this is our favourite travelodge and always stay here
