蘭利高速公路酒店(Langley Hwy Hotel)

The room itself was fairly clean and the location was good. The hotel’s listing said it had wifi, but it was very spotty and only worked intermittently. Before checkout time, neither of my card keys opened the door, so I had to go to the office to get new ones.

We came when most hotels were sold out or out of our price range. This hotel was available. Old. Smelled of mould. Bathroom had shower instructions duct taped to the shower wall. Pub had karaoke going and it was audible until 1 am. Homeless tents in the neighbouring forest. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Not wort what we paid. Blanket on bed was really old. And not updated for decades.

The room smelled like mildew and felt damp. The bed was very hard and old and the blanket/ bedding was questionable. The room is very outdated and not well maintained. Booked the room for 172$ and we walked out and left.. did not care that we couldn’t get a refund. The receptionist didn’t care that we checked out one hour after we checked in (we went for supper).

The property looked old and outdated. Smell was coming in from smokers standing out on the balcony in front of the next suite. Lots of noise after midnight from outside if suite, people laughing, yelling and obviously inebriated.

I just was looking for safe, quiet and affordable place to stay For me was more than convenient excellent location between Fraser area (Abbotsford, Langley, Surrey, Coquitlam, Burnaby and Vancouver Allow to drive on those areas easy For my business travel very convenient and excellent price

Unfortunately there was no hot water that day. The unit I was in was pretty beat up. The sink was cracked, the counter was stained, the flooring was carved up, the curtains were mismatches, the tub tap ran continuously, the door frame was badly beat up. Everything seemed clean except the walls. There was a working fridge and microwave. The only staff person I met was very nice.

The hotel is old, run down and when I got to my room I didn’t even need to use the keycard all I did was lightly push on the door and it opened. I searched the room to make sure nobody was in it then tried to close the door. If you close it like a normal person then it wouldn’t latch and you could just pull it open. If you slammed the door then it would shut. It would also stick so you had to pull really hard to open it again. Thank god there wasn’t a fire while I was there. I’m allergic to mold and mildew and this room definitely had some. Between the water damage on the ceiling, walls and behind the toilet. Let’s not forget the peeling wallpaper and the stained carpet that also had cigarette burns in it. Did I also mention that there was a gap under the main door? You could see people walking by the door all night. Also only one of the two lamps worked and there was no way of adjusting the heat other than turning on the ac which I didn’t because I was cold already. Also no phone in the room to call the front desk or anyone else. Pretty hard to just pick 8 pictures I have lots.

I like this place especially the staff, they"re great! We arrived late at night and the conceirge is closed but they really made away how we able to come. in in the hotel.. Thank you so much!!!!
