口音屋精品民宿(Accent House Luxury Boutique Bed & Breakfast)

Quel merveilleux endroit où poser ses valises lors d'un passage à Mapua ! Sharon, la maîtresse des lieux, vous accueille avec un remarquable sens de l'hospitalité. La chambre est à l'image de toute la maison d'hôtes, confortable, spacieuse, très bien équipée et décorée avec un goût très sûr. Une baie vitrée donne sur une terrasse privative avec un petit salon de jardin qui donne sur le parc joliment arboré. Il y a même un plan d'eau avec îlot et canard. Tout est pensé pour votre bien-être jusqu'au jacuzzi mis à la disposition des invités. Le petit déjeuner est somptueux. C'est un plaisir de se restaurer en échangeant avec les autres touristes qui séjournent dans les lieux. Un grand merci à Sharon pour son accueil et une caresse à Toby, son adorable petit chien. Notre seul regret : ne pas avoir pu profiter plus longtemps de ce b&b exceptionnel.

The property is exceptional! It is beautifully maintained and landscaped. She has a private pond and a gardener who keeps everything so lovely. The rooms are clean and quiet. We loved visiting with other guests in the shared areas.

Sharon couldn’t have been more helpful! We loved the location, not just for the place on the map, but for the excellent house and grounds too! Sharon has a gardener who keeps everything so lovely. There is a pond, ducks, a hot tub, and lovely gardens. The breakfast is great, and the rooms are lovely and clean. There is a shared guest area and lots of parking. We walked to local restaurants and also drove around the area to lunch at a local vineyard. Our time in Able Tasman couldn’t be beat and Accent house is within an hours drive of wonderful tracks in the Able Tasman. You should definitely put the Accent house on your list of places to stay if you are going to see the Able Tasman!

I stayed for two nights at this wonderful bed and breakfast. The entire house is impeccably clean and as it was in the Winter months it was warm and cosy. I was greeted by the owner who was very friendly and helpful. The room was large with everything you need and more. It had a very comfortable king size bed with quality linens. The desk, chairs, lamps, chairs and all of the furnishings are of a very high standard. The ensuite was huge. The underfloor heating and heated towel rails were very welcome and the shower was superb with plenty of hot water and good pressure. The outside park like setting was beautiful with lovely views to the lake. This BnB is conveniently located in Mapua with in walking distance to the shops and wharf. Only 20 minutes drive from Nelson airport and 15 minutes the other way to Motueka and not much further on to Kaiteriteri beach, the Abel Tasman and Golden Bay. I will return.

Stayed at Accent House with my mum while on a cycle tour. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Very comfortable room and lovely living areas to hang out in, indoor and outdoors. Beautiful gardens and very cool little dog. Breakfast was outstanding. Would highly recommend!

The location , which is walkable to lovely Māpua jetty is a great spot , made even nicer by the lovely gardens surrounding the property. Sharon is a super host who knows the area and is very willing to help with advice and bookings . Our room was the largest suite and well worth it . The super king bed was extremely comfortable , the bathroom had a large bath and walk in shower and the room he it’s own patio area onto the garden. This is a great spot to explore Abel Tasman or visit Nelson from a quieter location

As first time B&B users our experience was wonderful! Sharon & John greeted us on our arrival and their hospitality was fabulous throughout - not overbearing, but attentive. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the lovely breakfasts served, the big comfortable bed, the spacious room with ensuite and the wonderful gardens. We even had a plunge in the spa, with a glass of wine in hand and admired the view of the gardens and pond. We would highly recommend staying at this awesome property - we will be back!!!

We are regular B&B users and felt Accent House B&B was exceptional. The rooms were spacious with lovely furnishing. We were served an outstanding breakfast each morning. Sharon and John were such warm, friendly hosts and went out of their way to make our stay special.
