馬拉松市西耶斯塔汽車旅館(Siesta Motel)

The room was in an alley in the back of the motel. Rv's were illegally parked and being rented. When we checked the room it was smelling of mold, dogs, and smoking. We asked to get a refund at which the owner started swearing and calling names. He wouldn't give a refund so we went another hotel. I kept the key since I'm paying for the room. The motel charged me $50.00 for a new key. We were still paying for the room. I left the key with the office clerk. They still haven't returned the $50. This should be shut down for business practices alone.

La propiedad no es lo que se vende, en las fotos se ve mejor, pero la realidad es diferente, ofrecen piscina y no es verdad, las toallas manchadas y viejas, también la ropa de cama, en general repito, no es lo que ofrecen!!!!

Excelente localização com vários restaurantes por perto. Fácil acesso. Propriedade simples. O problema foram os colchões muito velhos, com buracos e bad bugs. Roupa de cama nitidamente sem ter sido trocada, suja.

Really nice little place. Clean and well kept inside and out. Never met the people. Were gone when I checked in but left me instructions and nobody there when I left in the AM so left the key in the room as before.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD OWNER INSULT REVIEWERS I made a reservation through *******, but I immediately noticed that the date was wrong after my credit card was charged, it may be due to a tech glitch or something. I called the motel right away to modify the date, but there was no response. I then contacted ******* for help, but they were unable to reach anyone at the motel. I tried calling several times and also sent emails and text messages, but I still received no response. It wasn't until 72 hours later that the owner finally responded, stating that there would be no modification or refund. To make matters worse, I was charged more than the amount that was indicated on my receipt. The strange circumstances surrounding my reservation made me concerned about this place, and I decided to read some reviews. Unfortunately, I discovered that the worst thing is not that the motel is not up to par in terms of safety, hygiene, or overall condition, it is not the high cost tohundrd per night for a motel, it is the owner had been insulting all the guests who had left negative reviews! Feel free to check them all! That's scary to see! By posting this review, I already prepared for the owner to leave me feedback with insults as well. ******* don’t let me post the truth. This reviews has been rejected 4x. Will never used This company again!

My wife and I love staying in motor lodges, even though we know we can't expect what you'd get in a modern $400 hotel room. But most places try to make it as nice as possible. The Siesta Motel did not do that, even though it was not in an inexpensive place. The mattress felt like it was 20 years old, and the room was in obvious disrepair. They aren't even trying, and we were disappointed. We spent 22 or 23 nights in Florida, and this is the only bad review I've given a motel

Old property. Staff cleaned rooms as best they could. Mold issues in bathroom and bugs in the sheets. Matresses sealed in plastic covers. We opted not to stay. No refund at all.

This was the worst place to stay, over rated and pictures show a mu h cleaner place then it is. Had to leave earlier and the owner said he would give us a refund if the room was re-rented,the room was rented by someone and didn't get the refund he promised .
