第一集團蔚藍海岸酒店(First Group la Cote d'Azur)

The Hotel itself deserves a solid 4. However, due to its location, Margate Town and Beach, I deducted a point. The town is sadly neglected, and the beach is polluted. With that said, the accommodation is very nice. The pool, children's playground, spa, and bar are very good. The rooms could do with some renovation but are still exceptional with a lovely private balcony, including braai.

Excellent resort. Friendly Staff. Clean. Check In Was quick and easy Room was clean and neat. Has everything you require Only complaint is the water is not hot just warm. After a day in the pool you need a hot shower. Coffee Shop was quiet we had coffee and cake . Was good.

The building and it's units are steps away from the beach. The resort is very well maintained and in good shape. Generators back up the whole resort in case of load shedding. The apar**ents come with a BBQ per unit, the kitchens are very well equipped with all you might need to cook. The apar**ents were serviced daily by housekeeping as well. The best touch in my opinion was the home-made jar of marmalade in the fridge upon arrival, it was divine! There was a full daily list of activities organised for young and old around the grounds and by the heated pool. Very well run resort with excellent and friendly staff across the whole team, we hope to come back soon.

Fantastic resort. Very fast internet. A huge generator for those loadshedding times . You don’t even realize that the power is off. Very short walk to the beach. Apar**ents are spacious, very well maintained and have beautiful views of the sea. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommended for holidays

Awesome location, seaview and very clean and cosy accommodation. Staff was very friendly. Check in was fast and efficient. Furnishings in the room was very modern and beautiful. Safe parking and gated resort. Pool area was awesome and entertainment was good but could have more activities for kids with Fred.

We arrived late. It was dark and raining. the time was 7p.m. We asked if there was somewhere in the hotel where we could order a sandwich. We were told that the coffee shop was closed and if we wanted to get something the Spar was up the road. My husband kicked up a fuss and they reluctantly came forward with a menu from the local pizza place. Seeing the coffee shop was only supposed to close at 8 this was a poor show. Accommodation was satisfactory. Serviced only twice a week. Wonderful patio. Have to pay extra for aircon. This timeshare needs to be remember that one goes on holiday to relax. Not to wash dishes after e very meal. Unfortunately couldn't go down to the beach because the rains had washed the walkway away. We went to report this to the management who denied any knowledge of it.. Other than that a pleasant stay. Would we stay there again. No. Better accommodation elsewhere in Natal with service every day. Normal proximity to the beach at normal times is first class

When I booked the accommodation it stated air-conditioning However when u check in you have to buy vouchers for the aircon. This is really the first time I experienced something like this from such a big group. Really disappointed

La Cote is always excellent. Everything exceeded expectations. Condition of flats and maintenance very good. Daily service and always clean towels and cloths and toiletries. The beauticians at the spa know their job and visiting was a joy. All staff very kind and helpful. Porters much appreciated.

Had a wonderful stay. Staff were helpfull, friendly an efficient. Facility could do with laundry service or self help service. Pool bar and restaurant could do with longer operating hours
