Kasa 斯科茨代爾北鳳凰城(Kasa Scottsdale North Phoenix)

Aside from need to be comfortable with technology for log in instructions Kasa makes it a breeze to check in and out. Loved having a full kitchen. Pretty quiet apar**ent complex. Staying again next month.

There is no front desk to help you get in. All of the instructions are from the Kasa website and they are not accurate. Instructions told me to take elevator to 2nd floor to get key fob from lockbox. Problem is without fob you can’t get to 2nd floor. I called Kasa was on hold forever, they offered a text option…I texted them and as I write this it’s 12 hours later and still no response. A kind resident let me in with his fob. If it wasn’t for this I would have been standing outside all night. Nice place but terrible non functional check in process with no human support.

I was sorely disappointed. The check in experience was confusing and complicated, to say the least. Check out not great either: you have to move your car from the gated area to the ungated area, go back to the flat, return fob, then re-exit. I suppose my biggest quibble was the state of the shower. The black and green mold was atrocious. Sent a photo of mold, but didn't save ( sorry). For a month or more stay, I'd say go ahead: the location and check in/out complications probably balance out. Unfortunately, for an extended weekend, it isn't worth the hassle.

Staying here made my trip that much enjoyable. It was so amazing felt like I was home I didn't want to leave. And the Kasa team as so amazing and always there to assist with questions. I loved every minute of it and will stay here again on my next trip to Scottsadale.

Do yourself a favor and pay more to stay somewhere else. My list of issues that the property managers took no responsibility for: -This complex is too large and hard to access as a newcomer only staying a couple days. Everyone I encountered was lost - hallways are overly fragranced. My nose/eyes have been burning the whole time - there were a ton of mosquitos and flies in the unit when I arrived - housekeeping attempted to enter my unit mid stay without even a knock. Worst nigh**are - check in instructions are overly complicated and impossible to follow - appliances did not work (coffee maker dishwasher) Never again!

No working hot water, for two days of stay there even after I was promised would be fixed first day. No show repair team

Bigest advantage was the location next to shopping & restaurants. Cons were mostly reated to old, poor quality furnishings. Hard metal bar "stool"s & outdoor seating were extremely uncomfortable. The old, queen bed was worse. There was a headboard for a king. Why not just install a good king bed. Also problems checking in that a 1 1/2 hour telephone converstation & trying multiple codes didn't open the lock box. A friendly resident solved the problem noting the code didn't have a check mark at the end!

It was a great stay, 24 hr customer service was very nice and helpful. No loud neighbors.

The 2-bedroom apar**ent is in immaculate condition, well appointed, and close to everything you need in Scottsdale. There are several dining options within a 2 to 5 minute walk, and it's less than a 5 minute drive to the TPC and West World. We were there for the Barrett-Jackson Auction and could not have picked a better place to stay.
