Very clean room. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Very roomy. It was in need of update however. Walls needed painting. Decor was not at all up to par. Not Embassy Suites that I am used to. The lobby was nothing more than a Best Western. The breakfast however, was fabulous. Everything you would want .. from made to order eggs, to sweet choices. Can't say the employees were friendly.... just doing their job. Some of these things are migh seem trivial... .but i suppose i just expect more from a RESORT.

We booked this property by mistake. We were trying to stay at an Embassy Suites closer to Paradise Valley/Tatum. This Embassy is a very dated property. The room tries to be modern and appears recently updated but the wood shutters show its age. The rooms are quiet even with New Years revelers just below us in the pool past midnight. I thought we booked 2 queen beds but these were closer to fulls. The towels are worn a bit thin and one of ours was stained with maybe makeup. The main issue was the room was freezing. We turned the heat up so the room was warmer when we returned from dinner. However, upon our return the room was still cold at 68°. We called for maintenance, which was prompt, to have our unit reset. It still took a couple hours to warm the room to a reasonable temperature. Another issue was the hot water appeared regulated to warm temp and no hot hot water was ever attained. All in all not our favorite Embassy Suites we’ve stayed at. The breaker buffet and omelette bar were a nice capstone to our bummer of a night.

It was my first time visiting Arizona and this hotel was well packaged with the package I chose. They have an excellent daily breakfast and happy hour from 5-630pm. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay for more than 2 days. My kids loved the pool area and they enjoyed everything the hotel offered as well. I would definitely come back to this hotel and stay when I come back to Phoenix, AZ..

My colleague and I stayed in the same hotel, we like the bar and the breakfast. Overall experience was great, the only down side was because the room 26x are located between the roadside and the fountain, also can hear people flushing the toilet at night. Surrounded by the noises and barely sleep during the stay. I know it’s hard to improve this part cause the facility might be too old to improve. Otherwise I really liked the place.

Great location! The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. My family also enjoyed happy hour and the large breakfast buffet- both complimentary. We had to call maintenance regarding the heat not working in our rooms, but they were there within a few minutes and fixed the issue. We will definitely stay here again.

My family and I have always loved this place. A few things were not as good as before. The free breakfast didn't have as much as it used too. The restaurant had few food options and over priced drinks. Terrible wine for the happy hour reception. The room was nice and clean, but half the lamps didn't work. Most of the phone chargers didnt work. I was dissapointed after having such lovely 5 star stays in the past.
