安可汽車旅館(Encore Motel)

모텔이라 큰 기대는 안했는데요 생각보다 넓고 쾌적해서 매우 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 조용하기도 하고 객실내에 핀의시설도 잘돼있었어요!

Bien, para dormir y bañ****... fue lo que hicimos...pero esta bien situado en avenidas principales, frente al costco y demás lugares para hacer compras y comer algo...muy cerca de playa venecie tomando un bus llegas a los canales y a la playa...lo malo son las personas de calle...pero eso pasa en todos lados

We stayed in the room with 2 king sized beds and the beds were comfortable. The bedding was decent, if stained. The carpet is pretty gnarly looking and everything in the room could use a deep cleaning. It didn't flood though! And seeing as you step down into the room and we were there during a flood watch that was a happy bonus. There is a very convenient and cheap bus going directly down to the beach, an In-n-Out directly across the street and a Walgreens just down the block so if you're in town and need some essentials it's in a good spot. It's also a quick and surface street trip to LAX. The room is pretty quiet and there is a ceiling fan. Unfortunately for us the heater/ac until stopped working our second day, and we were having brown-outs that night which dimmed the already dim lights. I don't know if it was a city wide situation or just the hotel, or just the room. There is a vent in the room that is just open to the outside so it did get pretty chilly once the heater went out (this was during the Blizzard of '23). The owners seemed nice enough and had we asked I'm sure we could have gotten extra blankets. It wasn't anything fancy but it was certainly in range of being the cheapest place to house a family of four with room to move in LA so we got what we were looking for.

Bonne localisation. Parking inclus devant la chambre. Frigo et micro ondes à disposition. Propre mais mobilier vieillissant. Bon rapport qualité-prix pour ce motel!

Clean but dated, smelly, noisy, and unfriendly. Arrived late after an international flight. The owner broke away from a rowdy dinner to check us in and told us to leave at 11 am. Our pickup was at 1 pm so asked for a late checkout (at a fee) which was promptly denied. Explained our situation and asked if we could at least store our bags at the hotel and were told it would be illegal. Waited for our ride with our luggage in the parking lot the next day.
