葫蘆灣度假村及水療中心 - 限成人度假酒店(Calabash Cove Resort and Spa - Adults Only)

Tout est parfait. Le personnel compétent est d’une très grande gentillesse. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propre, la vue depuis le balcon est incroyable. Le restaurant est excellent, et que dire du petit déjeuner au top. A conseiller sans la moindre hésitation.

The hotel is absolutely too expensive for the experiences, the service and the offer that it provides. Almost all the people that work in Calabash (except Rina and Kevin) are not friendly, not available and not trained to do their job. The food is terrible and the menu never gets renewed and is always the same. The service is very poor, it may take approx. 2 hours to get 2 courses. The rooms are terrible, we booked 3 sunset junior suites and they are much worse than a “standard” room of every hotel on the planet. The rooms are also very old and probably did not get any maintenance since 2009 (opening year of the hotel). Most of the times, we did not even have hot water for the shower. The beach is very small and the people that work there are just lazy and busy looking at football matches on their phone. The sea is completely brown like a river and does not have anything to do with the typical Caribbean Sea that you can find in other islands such as Canouan Island. The hotel is full of stairs and it is located on a hill and not directly on the sea…we had many problems because one person in the group had recent health problems and had to face all the hundreds of stairs multiple times every single day. I would never recommend this hotel to people with disabilities. It would be hell. Also the pool is small and dirty and the hotel only has one restaurant, without any kind of buffet or international choice. The cleaning service is very poor and the rooms are very dusty. Finally, the rain (of course this is not a problem caused by the hotel): it rained every single day and we came from the 27 dec to the 6th Jan. Every single day, multiple times. Just to recap: Highly expensive (about 1.000$ per night) Old Very uncomfortable Dirty A dream turned into a nightmare. Worst vacation ever.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. Lots to do even if you don’t opt for the all inclusive option. Me and my partner prefer to go out and do our own exploring but live the fact that we have a beautiful pool semi private beach and room service available to us as well. 2 stars for two reasons 1. Our experience at the restaurant was an absolute disaster. We waited 50 minutes for our appetizers and and additional 25 for entree and the food was average at best. For the prices my expectations were much higher. 2. the tub did not get hot our entire stay of four days. we complained about this twice a day for the entire stay and it was never resolved. This is such a letdown as it was the selling point of the hotel for me. When checking out the manager said there was nothing he could do. 2 stars only for the property.

Let me start by saying I don’t typically leave reviews and my husband does not love to travel. I think Calabash Cove has changed his mind. He said, Let’s come here every year!” We visited St. Lucia on a cruise 9 years ago, and it was the only island we felt we had to return to. I stumbled upon Calabash Cove’s website 9 years ago, and we finally made it a reality to visit. We stayed in a Waters Edge Cottage and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We were literally steps from the beach and spent a majority of our time relaxing in our plunge pool or on the porch. The beach was never crowded and there was plenty of seating in the sun and shade. We had a couples massage booked in our cottage but the sun was shining right on the porch. The staff was kind enough to move the living room furniture, and we had the massage in there so the sun wasn’t directly on us. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We left the resort a few times for excursions but if we returned we would likely spend even more time on the resort. We never felt bored. Every evening there was a live local musician which was nice to listen to over dinner. The Manager’s cocktail hour was really fun. I hope we can return one day!

Terrific Vacation! We stayed at Waters Edge Cottage 5 and recommend it highly to all! The staff was wonderful and meals delicious! We would return and pick the same cottage close to beach and with a wonderful plunge pool! The beach was amazing and so clean, loved it!

Wonderful smaller resort for when you don't want to trip over 200 other people. The entire staff was absolutely fantastic, I can't say enough about this. Gorgeous view of the bay and a great little beach. Sunsets never failed to impress. Be aware you will be using a lot of stairs to use the property, but it's worth it. We traveled as a group of 10 and utilized six rooms with all inclusive amenities. Our personal room was an ocean cottage and it could not have been more perfect with it's vintage feel and bay front patio with plunge pool. I will not hesitate to recommend Calabash Cove to anyone looking for a quiet boutique experience. And if I didn't say it before, the staff is amazing.

Fabulous location and wonderful views from any point - staff are very attentive and the No limit all inclusive option is as it states and well having! Food is made to order and they are very accommodating if you want something changed Special mention to Chanel Danny Michael Donna Teddy & Travis Only improvement I would suggest is to have more parasols installed around the pool.

Such a wonderful location. Secluded and well away from the touristy hub although close enough to venture out if you want more action. The food and amenities are top notch and the staff are so cheerful and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.

Lovely week stay in this beautiful resort, the food was absolutely amazing and the service was great. Nothing is ever a problem here and the staff are so helpful and friendly. From Kevin on the front desk to JD on service, was perfect. The room was perfect and it had everything we needed. We got engaged on this holiday and it was the most romantic setting for it to happen. We would recommend this resort to everyone
