酒店位於較為市中心的位置，出行方便周圍設施也齊全，但是當我入住的時候，發生了一件很詭異的事情，酒店給了我三樓的房間，當我電梯抵達三樓，發現三樓很多房間在裝修，工人進進出出很雜亂的感覺，我以為可能就幾個房間在改造也沒在意，當我繼續前進去我自己房間的途中，竟然發現還有一段在用衝擊鑽打地麪，聲音巨大灰塵瀰漫，我當即掉頭回到酒店前台要求更換房間並安靜的環境，酒店猶豫了一下給了我一間四樓的房間，但是當我抵達四樓後進入房間，衝擊鑽的聲音依然巨大，根本沒有辦法舒適休息，萬般無奈之下衹能聯繫了攜程客服，最終客服和酒店溝通並給我換到了五樓的靠另一側的房間非常安靜，並給了我意料之外的補償券，感謝攜程客服給力！ 寫這段點評主要想吐槽一下，作為一家五星國際連鎖酒店，接待客人期間，酒店在搞裝修，並把客人安排在裝修層的房間內，簡直匪夷所思！

It’s an old Riad but it’s very beautiful inside. The staffs are friendly and helpful! Dinners are incredible! You can tell the chefs have hearts on food. We had a really great time here.

What a gem of a property in the Accor catalog of accommodation and hospitality! I am a senior, solo, single traveler, and Ibis rooms are just fine with me! The Wi-Fi could be a little bit better, but that's the problem with the vendor and the Internet service Provider, not the Ibis. Although this Ibis would be within their rights to demand better service- in 2023, with 100+ rooms. I came directly from an Ibis in Lisbon, which had fewer items for breakfast, and no Chef for evening dinner! The breakfast is a wonderful mix of Moroccan, Arabic, French foods, but also American/English. Scrambled eggs are made without dairy, and I brought my own gluten-free bread from Carrefour to be sure. While they do have a container of Honey, I bring my own, as I don't like touching containers and spoons touched by other customers... another customer absconded with my honey yesterday, and one of the wait staff had to retrieve it! Three languages are spoken here: Moroccan, Arabic, French, and plenty of English. Any word that is too specific can be translated on any of the web translation sources. Like when I needed to explain that DHL was bringing a package with my gluten-free chocolate chip cookies that Carrefour does not stock! There's been some shuffling of the wait staff in the last few days, but besides being new, quiet, and shy, they are all talented and all understand hospitality. The evening dinner is attended to by the top echelon of the hotel staff and everything is more than fine – which in my case means a very plain and simple American taste. Since I don't carry currency, the evening food bill goes on my room tab. Breakfast was part of the booking in the first place, but I don't fully understand what ”half-board” means, if that means evening dinner, so I will be inquiring about that. Being next-door to the train station means it's a three minute walk to excellent sight seeing and people watching. And McDonald's of you so care, and at least two mobile phone SIM shops. Carrefour is a 10 minute walk, and there is a shopping mall which is about a 20 minute walk which I will be visiting for recreation purposes and window shopping, to get a feel for the retail culture of this city. And people watching! I did read about the potable water situation on a Moroccan tourism page. This Ibis has plenty of bottled water, so just ask- at Reception and of course in the Restaurant.  I also read about cash versus credit card. The three places that I have spent money at have all accepted cards. It is currently Ramadan, but this Ibis respects International tourists' needs and wants. No disruption of service- and the staff seem to be very happy to be celebrating the holiday. My room had two minor maintenance issues, which were resolved quickly. The garden is beautiful and peaceful, and well manicured. I have stayed with other brand name chain hotels in the US and Europe. We stayed at hotel chems from the 31st of December for six consecutive days for the new year. This was my second time in Marrakech but my mum's first time. The location is second to none within a few minutes walk to the square and also many other local attractions. On arrival we were told that we needed to check in from 3:00 p.m. we'd got there early but were able to drop off our bags and then go out exploring. The hotel itself is a little outdated, however it is very clean. Staff are very good, welcoming and attentive, room sizes good and price good. Bedrooms made up everyday, towels changed, cleaned throughout. Pool towels available for free at pool. We stopped between December and January, that is a very good size pool approximately 25 m. However it is very cold but still accessible plenty of seating areas for drinks and snacks. There are plenty of sun lounges around the poolside as well as in the grass area. Breakfast is served daily which is included within the cost and there was ample choice a selection of eggs, Cereals, yogurts a little fruit, many pastries, etc. The hotel also has a snack bar and does offer evening meals. We did not take any evening meals here. We did have snacks during the day. Things like salads, pizzas, burgers, etc. The food was good. As the hotel was very close to the local area, we were able to walk although it was close to a taxi rank. If you should need this. Within 1 minute walk to Koutobia mosque, then about 5 mins to jem so fnaa square, Cyber park short walk ( nice to visit) near royal mansour Marrakech, Around 40 mins walk is the beautiful menara :) There is also complex artisan is about 10 minutes walk maximum full of things to buy As you come out of the hotel grounds, if you do a left you will find a park on the left hand side ( Koutobia). You can walk straight through this to the main road to take a shorter route to places. There is plenty of opportunities for walking and running. It is very safe to run alone. When we were there the sunrose at about 8:00 to 8:30 a.m. and the mornings were cool. During the daytime, you can expect temperatures of around 18° c in December and January plenty warm enough if you are from England. We had a walking tour that I arranged before we went through TripAdvisor. It was very good. We also booked the waterfalls trip. This was okay. I also took a hot air balloon trip which was amazing. All of these were booked online instead of at the hotel. There was no particular reason not to book at the hotel. I just didn't realise that there was somebody on site to do this before travelling. The reception is manned 24 hours, 7 days a week. On New year's Eve, we was welcomed with a show and dinner from 7:30 p.m. full entertainment and several courses for a meal and drinks. This was all inclusive even though we was on a bed and breakfast basis. We had no idea that this was going to happen. It was a lovely surprise. The entertainment was fun. Most of the ho

我們入住了豪華房,真是一次可怕的住宿。首先,豪華房大樓是離酒店最遠的建築,當我們到達房間時,從陽台看到的景色是建築工地和停車場。我們的房間有一股特別濃烈的醋味,我們要求搬房間。我們被告知每個豪華房間都賣完了,第二天就可以搬房間了。第二天來了,我們沒有接到酒店的消息。每次打給客人服務的電話至少要花3-5分鐘,直到有人接電話或回電話。我們還打開了回酒店房間,打掃的時候好像客房部並沒有真正關上我們的門。我們昨晚的A/C好像不行了,我們給客人服務打電話,我跟的女士告訴我整個酒店都關機了當被問到爲什麼或者什麼時候會打開它時,她突然打斷我說我要把你轉到前台。我在電話上等了至少2分鐘,然後前台有人接我的電話,他告訴我有人會來檢查我們的空調。我們喜歡住在不同國家的不同的酒店,與其他酒店沒有任何問題。然而,馬拉喀什,我們在莫文皮克的住宿非常不愉快,工作人員似乎一點也不在乎。這是一次非常糟糕的經歷,希望酒店管理層能爲其他人帶來更好的體驗和改進。

Amazing stay at a gorgeous Moroccan riad! Firstly the food was absolutely incredible and I couldn’t fault a thing about it. Consistently delicious. Our room 19 was lovely with amenities and everything provided to high standard. I would highly recommend coming and staying here on a Moroccan adventure!

This place exceeded expectations from the moment we walked in. We were greeted with hot mint tea upon arrival. Inside our rooms was a little tray with cookies and even fresh flowers throughout. We had such an amazing time. Before leaving you should definitely try one of their many spa treatments.
