En premier, merci à l'équipe et Icham pour sa gentillesse et son excellent service....toujours présent pour que le client soit content. Petite résidence avec très peu de chambres (6, il me semble). Très propre. Une belle piscine ( très froide à l'inter saison car pas chauffée)...donc si vous avez une journée sans soleil....c'est plus difficile d'en profiter. Le restaurant de l'hôtel à une carte avec des prix tout à fait correct et des plats de bonne qualité. Le calme est très appréciable. Proximité d'un petit centre commercial.

Un oasi di pace e di relax alle porte di Marracash. Junior Suite spaziosa, dotata di un ottima biancheria e letto King size super comodo. Buona la colazione ed ottima la soluzione per un pranzo o cena quando si vuole uscire dal caos della città. Ma la differenza in questa struttura la fanno le persone, Abdou in primis. Conserveremo nei nostri cuori la vostra ospitalità ed estrema cura di voler soddisfare ogni nostro bisogno ed esigenza, dal servizio transfer privato, alla prenotazione di escursioni o ristoranti. Se insieme a tutti questi fattori sommi un ottimo prezzo per la qualità offerta, non è possibile non dare un massimo dei voti a questa struttura. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Marrakech Hivernage secret. Très bon accueil delà part du personnel de l’hôtel. Rien a dire sur La restauration, le confort et la propreté. Cadre magnifique , super terrasse de doit . Un grand merci à notre chouchou Hicham . A très bientôt j’espère pou un prochain séjour Fromont Chantal

Superbe établissement, bien situé et offrant un environnement intimiste et chaleureux. Quartier tranquille permettant un séjour très agréable et une détente assurée. Chambre parfaite, petit déjeuner au top. Le personnel, très professionnel, est au petits soins. Une belle découverte et une adresse à retenir pour un prochain séjour.

Can't rate Secret Suites highly enough, it's like staying in a beautiful suite in a private Moroccan very grand home, with the most helpful and caring staff who just can't do enough for you. The small team work seamlessly to keep the place in tip top condition, everything is immaculate and the end result is an experience of calm, relaxation and luxury. The two Abduls run front of house and Hisham and Rabbie will make sure you have a wonderful breakfast, and excellent coffee! Whilst this is not your typical "hotel", they provide many of the 5 star services you would expect in a top end property - fluffy towels, slippers and dressing gowns are changed everyday, as is the bedlinen, first class housekeeping everyday by Katia. Breakfast is a small buffet with some hot choices (changed every day) and fresh fruit, cheese, meats, and an offer of eggs cooked to order any way you'd like them. There is a very respectable a la carte menu which is offered at lunch and dinner. The property is located in a very upmarket residential area (think Moroccan royalty for neighbours) and because of this, there is no alcohol licence. However, if you have your own alcohol, so long as you take it in your room, that is fine. We took a taxi to the local Carrefour, collected some wine and the taxi waited and drove us home for less than £10. There is a fridge in the room with soft drinks - all sensibly priced. We used the hotel transfer service from the airport - very reasonably prices (about £20) and used the same service to go out for dinner, very useful as you could charge that to your room so didn't worry about cash - however there is a ATM at the end of the street 5 mins away. Again, very reasonable prices and very reliable which appealed to us as we are not the most adventurous travelers. We went to Dar Dar for dinner on our first night and the driver was able to take us into the souk and drop us at the end of the street and when we asked the restaurant to call him when we finished eating, he was waiting for us when we got back to the drop off point. We had an executive suite which had a large terrace and we spent most of our time enjoying the ambiance and the garden with so much birdsong there. We ordered lunch to eat on the terrace every day and Hisham and Rabbie could not have been more attentive. My husband was a little unwell during the stay and the team helped me with locating medication, keeping us supplied with water and ice and always asking how he was and if they could do anything to help - thank you all for your kindness. We didn't use the pool but could see that the boys kept it really clean, in addition there is a roof terrace with more seating areas and sunbeds but we had it all on our terrace including a circular sunbed for two. Would we go back - for sure. Highly recommend it for its neighbour location whilst still a short taxi ride from all the sights and eateries, for it's unique "palace" feel and for the superb staff who made our stay so speci

Merveilleux endroit à Marrakech, intimiste et chaleureux, détente assurée. Le personnel est fantastique, souriant et adorable. Proche de tout pour ceux qui aiment marcher un peu. Taxi pas loin et restaurants à proximité. Il y a aussi un restaurant à l’hôtel et une piscine. Les suites sont incroyables! A essayer absolument.

Personnel chaleureux, compétent et disponible. Toujours prêt à nous conseiller ou à faire des téléphones pour les clients afin de rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Le service de conciergerie est à disposition pour planifier les activités et vous aider au quotidien. La chambre est correct, avec un bon rapport qualité prix, propre et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner varié et le serveur est toujours à l’écoute de vos désires (et s’en souvient les jours suivants). Bel établissement dans un quartier tranquille, à 20 minutes à pied de la Médina, avec une piscine et un rooftop. Un grand merci à l’ensemble du personnel pour ce séjour.

The Hivernage is a very small hotel in a tranquil location, with beautiful gardens and a swimming pool. The rooms were beautifully decorated and lovely and cool, even without the air conditioning, on the warmer days. Our welcome at the hotel couldn’t have been warmer. Our bags were taken to our room for us and were treated to Moroccan mint tea on the terrace by the pool. We were then given a tour of the hotel, including the fabulous roof terrace. We had booked half board so ate at the hotel the first night. The food was ok, not really very exciting. There were choices for vegetarians and vegans. We ended up eating out some nights as we were the only ones eating at the hotel which although we were very well looked after by the wonderful staff, it was lacking in any a**osphere with just the two of us. Breakfasts were great with a good variety and we had lovely fluffy omelettes most mornings. There was a nice selection of bread and pastries. They were very accommodating with breakfast and we just had to ask if we wanted anything in particular. We couldn’t fault the staff, every single person there was absolutely lovely, so friendly, so happy to help and willing to have a chat. They made us feel so welcome. The one complaint we had was the neighbours dog barking at night. It was loud and did disturb our sleep on one night. Thank goodness I brought earplugs as we wouldn’t have lasted without them. The staff did speak to the neighbours about the dog and by the end of the week it was quiet during the night but still barking in the evening which was really annoying. Despite the dog, which I’m sure is resolved by now, we had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend the Hivernage for a quiet and tranquil stay in Marrakesh.

My husband and I had our first trip to Marrakesh the first week in March. We were overawed by the choice of accommodation offered, and decided in this instance we would try a Riad, but didn’t want to be in the thick of the old town. The hotel is amazing, made even more so by the staff, it’s small but with a beautiful garden and enclosed with a wall, it’s hard to believe your so close to civilisation, once the door to the street closes. The pool is just the right size and has ample sun beds to make the most of the warm sun, for further chill area, the properties roof top has table & chairs, sun beds and a covered cushioned area. There is the most restful tunes played through out the property, that just add to the charm. Full points to all the staff, Hicham and Yassine are your main point of contact, but all go above and beyond, they couldn’t do enough to help us and don’t get me started on the breakfast, a different fresh juice every morning with an assor**ent of breads and pastries, eggs of choice. It was pancake day, Shrove Tuesday whilst we we there, only had to mention it, and Hicham arrived with freshly made crepes! We will definitely be back and if your looking for a top class hotel within an easy walk of souk and medina, look no further.
