加納特摩洛哥傳統庭院(Riad Janate & Spa)

I loved everything about the property. I have lived in many accommodations in many countries, I have never received such positive vibes from the staff members. Hats off to Abdo, Brahim and Syed. The place itself is a palace. The food was good. Breakfast was French i belive.. options for egg could have been better. But overall great great experience. My wife and I loved throughly. 10/10 and all possoble 5 stars from us. Ohh, how can i forget the hammam experience followed by massage at the Riad, it made our trip feel like it was a 7 star😃

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans ce merveilleux Riad au coeur de la Médina à Marrakech. Vous pouvez tout visiter à pied dans la Médina. L'hôtel est vraiment magnifique et le personnel est incroyable ! Et un grand merci à Brahim pour son service exceptionnel. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse. On vous conseille ce Riad si vous allez à Marrakech.

Abdo and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The beds / linen was very comfortable and soft. The whole road is beautiful and smells fantastic. Me and my friends had a traditional hammam experience and also a facial which was so so amazing - didn’t want to leave. Thanks!

You will never imagine that behind the walls of the medina so much beauty is hidden in a riad. The Riad was very clean, with all the necessary amenities for an exceptional experience. We loved everyone's service but we especially want to thank Brahim for serving us all with the attention he gave us.

Situé dans la médina (quartier nord est tranquille), ce petit Riad ( 6 chambres et deux suites) est une petite merveille . Patio avec piscine , terrasse très bien aménagée . Chambres un peu petites mais très bien décorées , et salle de bain très agréable. Le personnel est au petits soins . La masseuse du hammam est une perle . Très bon rapport qualité prix. Idéal pour loger dans la médina .

We just came back from 4 nights at this beautiful Riad. 2 couples travelled. We had a really nice stay here. Very clean rooms - daily room room cleaning. Staff where so friendly and always happy to help with any questions. The location of the hotel is not accessible with car so best place to get dropped/ picked up by taxi is the post office. Only few minutes walk to the Riad from there. And everyone knows the post office. We had some late nights out and walked back to the Riad feeling safe. Very quiet area at night time. Def recommend this place.

I could not recommend Riad Janate enough ! One of the best stays I’ve had in my life. Great central location , only about 4 min walk to the markets. The place is spotlessly clean , with great pool and spa facilities. A special mention to the staff, Abdo and Hishaim. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and safe. As the streets are narrow , the taxis must park in a nearby square. Each night , Hishaim came to walk us from the square to the riad - even on his night off !! Abdo went above and beyond to bring us to a pharmacy and translate for us. All requests were remembered. We mentioned we liked yoghurts on the first day and from there on in they brought yoghurt to breakfast for the remainder of our stay. It was a real personal touch. They were also so obliging in booking tours and transfers for us each day. Overall , I really couldn’t recommend Riad Janate enough and I can’t wait to return !

Great Customer service, I wish I remember the name of every person who helps us at the riad like mouad everybody smiles and is always willing to help. it is a beautiful Riad. every detail on the decoration was delightful to see. If you really want to have a real experience at la medina, this is a great place to stay.

Il Riad Janate è una struttura molto bella ed elegante, in cui si nota la cura dei dettagli e la grande attenzione al comfort degli ospiti. Sicuramente, il più grande punto di forza è il suo personale, senza il quale il nostro soggiorno non sarebbe stato lo stesso. Tutto lo staff è stato incredibilmente disponibile con noi, tutti sempre gentilissimi ed accoglienti, ci hanno davvero fatto sentire come a casa. Se tornassimo a Marrakech, torneremmo senz’altro qui, assolutamente consigliato!
