Riad idéalement situé très près de la place Jemaa el Fna, et propose cependant environnement très calme et serein. L’accueil est assuré par un personnel souriant, accueillant, disponible de jour comme de nuit. Les chambres sont joliment décorées et très propres, le personnel d’entretien est très sérieux et appliqué.

Accueil parfait, propreté exceptionnelle. Toute l'équipe très accueillante et aux petits soins. Le riad est idéalement placé à quelques mètres de la place Jemaa al Fna. Le petit déjeuner est parfait servi sur la Terrasse... 2 bassins disponibles

Recomendo totalmente o Riad Art&Emotions. A localização é super central, de fácil acesso o que é importante em Marraquexe para que não se percam. O atendimento é excelente!! Receberam-nos com um chá e uns bolinhos típicos, explicaram-nos tudo sobre Marraquexe com um mapa e estiveram sempre disponíveis para responder às nossas questões. Fizeram um upgrade gratuito ao nosso quarto. O quarto tem uma decoração lindíssima assim como todo o Riad e o terraço é maravilhoso. O pequeno-almoço é típico e divinal, servido por funcionários extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. O meu namorado fazia anos e sem sequer referirmos algo, chegamos ao quarto e tínhamos um balão a dizer "Happy Birthday", pequenos gestos que fizeram totalmente a diferença. No último dia ainda fomos presenteados com alguns produtos locais como recordação. A limpeza é diária e 5 estrelas - ainda sinto o cheiro incrível e relaxante do Riad. Amei toda a estadia e todo o espaço e recomendo totalmente!

Bello come posto,vicino alla piazza e hai punti di interesse maggiori. Come hotel,non saprei se dargli un 2/3. Problemi groase ci sono. Premetto che sono consapevole che siamo in Africa quindi non potrei chiedere di più,però non mi aspettavo una cosa del genere . Stanza molto piccola veramente piccola che il bagaglio non l’ho puoi aprire. Tra letto e il bagno sono 40cm di distanza. La porta no si apre bene,picchia nel letto. Sistema di sicurezza (chiusura della porta)un lucchetto attaccato a un gancio. Quindi valori non ne puoi avere tanti visto che si smonta con una cacciavite. Il bagno molto piccolo,al lavandino non funziona acqua fresa e l’acqua calda è ustionante. Doccia se ti fai più di tanto allaghi il bagno e poi la stanza. Esce acqua ovunque. Il cessò si sta muovendo qui di anche lì abbiamo una cosa inquietante. Il personale di casa e pulizia gentilissimi nulla da dire. La colazione non è tanta scelta non fa impazzire però ci sta. Come pulizia del posto ci sta un 5. Biancheria e asciugamani molto meglio,anche se ho beccato 2 volte dei asciugamani bucati a meno erano puliti.

Magnifique expérience au coeur de la Médina, à 50m de la place Jemaa El Fna, super situation. Riad intimmiste, très bien décoré, chambres typiques et propres. Terrasse de toit avec vue sur la place et sur l'Atlas. Personnel attentionné, disponible et de très bons conseils. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié avec vue sur la ville. Possibilité hammam et massage. Très bien à recommander !!!

Tout est parfait, très bon petit déjeuner, très bon emplacement, très beau Riad, personnel très gentil. Parfait !! Magnifique terrasse, je recommande fortement de séjourner dans ce magnifique riad !!!

I booked and paid for this room for me and my Wife during the period 6th August to 9th August. We arrived on an evening at 10pm only to be told the booking could not be found. After taking over the "night managers" PC and keyboard I managed to find an email with my booking. I was then told the room had been double booked and there were no rooms available. It was my first time in Morocco and what a dreadful first experience. The night manager had poor English. Whilst this was not the fault of the night manager as he has nothing to do with bookings, the sole responsibility falls on the manager. I asked for the night manager to organise a taxi for me as I found an alternative hotel which was a few miles away. It was after midnight and if you have never been to Marrakesh you know the deal, you're walking down alleys praying you find your Riad. This however turned into a blessing as we booked into another hotel and the trip turned out to be a brilliant short stay. Will be visiting again. Riad Art & Emotions Boutique, it's 1 star from me. Holidayers, be aware and make sure you call this hotel a night or two before to confirm you have a room or like me you will be searching for an alternative past midnight!

This hotel was amazing! The staff spoke perfect English and were so helpful. The wifi worked well on all 5 levels of the riad, including the roof. Breakfast was served on the roof until 10:15 which we loved, especially as the mornings were cold in December. Our room was cozy and the AC worked great. Bathroom came with shampoo and soap, but no conditioner so my hair took a bit of a toll, haha. I recommend you bring or buy conditioner as the water in Marrakech was a bit harsh. For December, this riad has the perfect location. It's dead center in the Medina and since you have to go back to change clothes around lunch (the temperature rose from 5°C to 23°C from 09:00 to 12:00) it was always easy to stop by. The reception was open 24/7 and they would always help us call restaurants to make reservations. 10/10 would stay here again! They even gave us a gift when we left :)
