里亞德 達爾扎曼酒店(Riad Dar Zaman)

Walking into the Riad after a day touring was like walking into an oasis. The staff are warm and welcoming and we really enjoyed getting to know them a bit, something that is possible in a small Riad. We scheduled tours through them which was super convenient and reliable. The food is traditional Moroccan and was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend having a welcome dinner and taking the cooking class to fully experience the warm hospitality and wonderful food. As the only vegetarian in our group, they were very accommodating and I had marvelous meals.

We did a cooking class at Dar Zaman, not only did we learn alot, but we had so much fun with the riad’s chef and team making Moroccan dishes. Before the cooking class started, we were taken by the host Peter on a tour around the Mdina, which was both insightful and fun, as we toured local shops and bakeries and learned about the Mdina’s culture. I’d highly recommend the riad and the cooking class, especially given how lovely the team are, additionally, it’s a great idea to learn about the culture and the history of the Mdina. 5 star rating!!!

We didn't stay here, we did the cookery course. It was really excellent. We were the only couple that day so had undivided attention. The market walk with Peter was fascinating and informative. And then the cooking with Hassan and Karima was great, they couldn't have been lovelier. The level of involvement was just right and the recipes and experience we took away made it all seem highly achievable when we try it again at home.

We had the best time staying at Dar Zaman! The rooms were amazing, the food was delicious and the people were SO friendly and helpful. They were a big part of why we had such a good time in Marrakesh. The Riad was such a nice home to return to after a busy day exploring the medina. I want to return as soon as possible! I would highly recommend staying here.

A huge shout out to the fabulous team at Dar Zaman… couldn’t be more welcoming, nothing was too much. Would highly recommend.. The relaxing breakfasts on the roof terrace to the joy of plunge pool and cold shower in the sunshine to cool you down. Love to go back. Thank you.

This was a fantastic place to stay for our 4 day trip to marrakech. Special thanks to all the staff who were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had dinner on our first night which was excellent and the breakfasts were amazing. A great place to stay.

Sejour exceptionnel chambre confortable personnel superbe merci à hassane, adil,karima qui gerent le riad de mains de maître toujours de bon conseils et se plie en 4 pour satisfaire nos besoins..le repas pris au riad est top!! Le petit déjeuner idem.. vous pouvez y aller sans hésiter merci encore pour votre accueil Francois et Jonathan

Fuir ce riad. N'a pas aimé · La chambre avec baignoire est une horreur. Elle fait à peine 7,5 m2 et a plus l'allure d'une cellule que d'une chambre de rêve. Le lit de 200 x 160 est collé contre le mur, sous une petite fenêtre qui ne laisse aucune intimité. L'espace restant ne permet pas de ranger des bagages et la penderie est inexploitable. Cintres à 40 cm du sol. On peut à peine bouger. L'accès à la baignoire est compliqué. L'ensemble est vétuste, sombre, triste et sans charme. Il y a une volonté délibérée de tromper le client avec un descriptif qui n'est en rien conforme avec la réalité, tant sur la superficie que sur les éléments de confort. Il est également mentionner "piscine extérieure" ... Cette piscine n'existe pas. Seul un petit bassin-fontaine est présent dans le patio. Nous avions réservé pour 7 nuits. Devant notre déception, on nous a promis une autre chambre si une se libérait. Le lendemain, deux autres chambres ont été libérées et la promesse de la veille non tenue. Refus catégorique de nous octroyer une autre chambre. Nous avons décidé de quitter ce riad en demandant un remboursement des 4 nuitées restantes. Remboursement refusé. Un mépris total du client. A fuir ! Der Riad wird von einem Engländer geführt. Der uns zugewiesene Raum war ein dunkles Loch von ca. 7,5 Quadra**eter mit kleinem Bad, dessen Duschwanne nur unter Verrenkung betreten werden konnte. Das Bett stand unter einem sich auf den Gang öffnenden Fenster, so dass vorbeigehende Personen in das Zimmer und auf im Bett befindliche Personen Einsicht nehmen konnten. Dem Wunsch nach Zimmerwechsel wurde trotz Möglichkeit nur mit Desinteresse begegnet, Landsleute ganz offensichtlich bevorzugt. Der weitere Aufenthalt in diesem einer Gefängniszelle ähnelnden Raum war für uns nach 3 Tagen nicht mehr möglich, so dass wir in ein komfortables Hotel ausserhalb des Stadtrandes wechselten. Keinerlei Entgegenkommen bezüglich Kostenerstattung für die weiteren gebuchten 4 Tage.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo incantevole posto, per un lungo fine settimana. Il riad si trova all'interno della medina, in un posto tranquillo da farti dimenticare il caos che riscontri in tutta la città, ma comunque in posizione comoda per raggiungere i posti caratteristici della città. Vivamente consigliato il transfer dall'areoporto, perchè altrimenti ci si può perdere in un labirinto di vicoli. Siamo stati accolti con il sorriso di chi ha veramente piacere di avere degli ospiti nella propria casa. La nostra camera posta al primo piano era dotata di ogni confort, ma cosa più importante pulita come del resto tutti gli ambienti. Colazione marocchina molto abbondante e preparata al momento. Un grande grazie a chi ci ha preparato la colazione alle 6.30 del mattino (normalmente la colazione inizia alle 8.30). Grazie mille a tutti!!!! Mi scuso per non ricordare i nomi….
