馬賽瓦倫丁聖梅內民宿酒店(B&B Hôtel Marseille La Valentine)

Chambre 114 : état de propreté déplorable et lorsqu’on signale en montrant les photos, le réceptionniste dit « ah oui mais c’est vrai que c’est embêtant de bouger les lits pour nettoyer la poussière dessous ». Incroyable mais vrai. Aussi, il nous rassure : « le personnel fera le nécessaire entre les 2 nuits où nous avons réservé ». Évidemment, rien n’a été fait et je serai curieux de voir l’état dans 6 mois … le même !! Sans compter le sol avec des traces collantes qui étaient sans doute là depuis quelques jours aussi Et dire que je suis membre de cette chaîne.

Es un hotel de paso, no recomiendo escoger este hotel para quedaros más de una noche. No tiene toallas ni secador ni ningún servicio mínimo que te pueda ofrecer un hotel cualquiera. El personal es súper antipático. Lo único que tiene bien es que si vas en coche el parking es gratuito.

Ok no hay facilidades con el idioma , sólo francés. Llámamos al alojamiento antes de la reserva preguntando que si llegabamos de noche y la recepción estaba cerrada podrimos pagar en efectivo. Nos dijo que si y al llegar no fue asi

Certainement l hôtel le plus sale que j ai eu depuis plusieurs années Hôtel sale et très mal entretenu et le nettoyage laisse vraiment à désirer

que ce soit le lit confortable comme une planche ou la salle de bains pleine de moisissures seul le petit dejeuner sauve un peu les apparences

Peu de temps passé dans la chambre, match le soir et depart le lendemain matin

We arrived late that evening, and there was nobody on duty, we had to put a security code into a keypad to gain access. We then had to find our room and then input the security code again. The disappointing thing about this is that the room was quite dirty, we took a photograph of this and we provided this to the owner in the morning via an email from the receptionist as she could not get hold of the owner. We have sent that email twice and not had any response from the owner. We included the photograph to prove our point , but they were not interested in any compensation for the dirtiness. We also reported this to *******, who contacted the owner or more than one occasion who refused to provide any compensation, even though they had a copy of the photograph clearly detailing the dirtiness.

We arrived later on in the evening. There was nobody on the desk. We had to use a security code to access the hotel and then find our room and then use the access code to get into the room. The room was dirty under the beds and in the bathroom, as there was nobody on duty there was nobody to discuss this with so we went to bed in an uncomfortable way due to the room. In the morning, we informed the receptionist straightaway who tried to contact the owner, but was unsuccessful so gave us an email address. We emailed the owner on two occasions with a photo of the dirt and that person has not replied, we booked this through ******* and they got in contact with the who declined any conversation at all. Our view is that we were paying for a clean room as a bare minimum and that is not what we had, any reasonable Hotel I would’ve put this right, but they had no intention to very poor. Would not stay there again, or any of the other hotels that that person owns. We very rarely make any negative comments about any stays because generally any issues we report to the Hotel and they generally sort it out, but the owner of this property was not interested.
