貝迪尼斯貝斯達酒店(Le Petit Nice - Passedat)

Réservation en mars (2200€)d'un séjour de 3 jours (03 au 06 avril 2024).La photo de la terrasse était aguichante mais sur place le décor beaucoup moins.Pour accéder il fallait sortir de l'hôtel, traverser une ruelle(d'un côté les poubelles de l'autre la descente vers les rochers enbétonnés où squattent une certaine jeunesse) en manipulant 4 clés ou passes . La chambre s'ouvrait sur un couloir au fond la douche.En avançant ,le lavabo unique sur la gauche et le lit sur la droite.Pour accéder à la terrasse, nous devions monter des marches.Pour se laver les mains nous devions chercher le savon dans la douche. Le coffre ne s'ouvrait pas......Nous avons demandé le technicien(?) pour le coffre.Le réceptionniste nous a conduit dans une autre chambre, dans laquelle le coffre ne fermait pas ...;pour se retrouver dans une troisième chambre sans terrasse. La fermeture des volets roulants automatisée ne permettait pas d'avoir le volet fermé à moitié...Nous n'avions jamais eu une armoire sur roulettes....Nous avions demandé deux lits séparés twin avec chacun sa couette...il y avait bien 2 (très grandes )couettes le deuxième jour, mais l'une sur l'autre...(?)Et en reprenant la voiture au départ, quelqu'un s'était permis de mettre Radio MARITIMA.(Nous circulions en taxi pendant tout notre séjour et avions laissé notre voiture à l'hôtel) Pourquoi revenir au Petit Nice une autre fois?

Le Petit Nice Passedat is an absolute treasure of a hotel. Greeted with kindness, very helpful, the cleaning staff attentive and our rooms were always clean and well maintained. The dining options are exquisite as Chef's Passedat's 3 Michelin Star restaurant is on site. The view from our rooms and hotel were that of the M****ille's beautiful Mediterranean and its people. Definitely recommend as a one-and-only. We will return.

Arrogant service, owner… Safe key did not work so no safe available. Room key did not work, had to go back for the other key twice… Non-soundproof room. You could hear everything from the corridor and the other rooms. Smell of cigarette in the room coming through the ventilation. Terrace was nice with a sea view. We rearranged our dinnerplans because of the poor level of service. Not a 5* hotel. Also skipped the breakfast for three days because of the rude service the first morning.

It’s a No from us unfortunately, and definitely not for anyone with babies/families. Tried to keep an open mind reading the reviews previously but a few things have definitely disappointed us. The view was great and we had an amazing time exploring the area but we won’t return to this hotel. The price range is definitely 5* but in our opinion the hotel is not. We have booked a specific terraced room above the main restaurant with a direct view over the sea. I emailed the hotel too and they have reassured me that the room will be on the 1st floor above the restaurant so we could leave our baby sleeping in the room and the camera signal would stretch well to the restaurant area so we could have my Birthday meal there and relax being very close to our baby. When we arrived they have put us in a completely different room (albeit with a terrace), in a different ‘newly built’ block outside of the hotel gate. The view of the sea was restricted and the room was facing the main gates, the hotel wall, the alley with motorbikes driving past and bins being collected. So no direct view of the sea and too far from the restaurant to leave the baby in the room sleeping comfortably. They have offered us a different room in the same building and then one on the 3rd floor for the second night but it wasn’t fitting the criteria still. We have decided to cancel the reservation at the main restaurant to avoid further disappointment. The lift in the new block wasn’t working either so every day we had carry our pushchair up and down. Then there was a broken highchair. They brought us one with the bottom straps missing so the baby was literally sliding out. When we asked for another highchair the breakfast waiter simply said that was the only one they had. No apologies, nothing. On the last day we have decided to spent the morning by the pool. Unfortunately they have treated it and it was unusable until 12pm. We have requested an iron but it was never brought to the room. No info given at check in about things like check out times, swimming pool open time, breakfast times etc. Swimming pool is beautiful but not there aren’t enough sun beds (only about 6). Very awkward when you arrive but there is nowhere to sit but on the floor on the towel. That’s just a few main points, there are more. Definitely room for improvement for the hotel, no quite sure how they can justify their pricing and calling this 5* by just having a 3* restaurant on site.

Ce n’est pas la première fois que je réside dans cet établissement d’exception mais cette fois-ci…En convalescence après un lourd traitement, j’ai pu me ressourcer dans cet endroit magique où une équipe au petit soin a tout fait pour me faciliter la vie. Un grand merci à vous !

This is difficult to write because I had a wonderful time just staring at the sea, and swimming a the little nearby swimming beach. But here were the problems. This is not a 5 start hotel. For 700-900 Eu a night, breakfast needs to be included. Even though there is a 3 Michelin start restaurant on the property, the room service menu is so limited, poorly executed and sometime unavailable. Go figure. I ordered an omelette and tea at 7 am on day of departure, and was told at 7 am that the omelette couldn't be done until 8. Went to the airport hungry. Even though someone buzzed the taxi in, there was no one to help with bags, or at reception. Often there was no one at reception. They seem to hang out in a small room just to the left, but they can't or don't see the front desk, so I often had to peer around and into the room to get attention. The fitness room is not a "wellness" center. Only 1 person or couple can use it at a time. It's so small and yet there's a full size, free standing bathtub in it next to the spin cyle. Why? The equipment is lovely to look at, but unusable (except the ergometer). No room really for yoga mat to stretch or do yoga. Seems like a lot of these things could be fixed quite easily.

1 nuit passée à l'hôtel qui pour moi n'a pas le niveau en qualité d'un 5 étoiles. Qualité des chambres, service approximatif et pas hyper au petit soin comme on peut l'attendre dans ce type d'établissement. Propreté extérieure pas au niveau et idem pour le matériel. Tout ceci est vieillissant. Le prix est trop élevé et franchement cela n'en vaut pas la peine

Nous avions choisi de faire halte au Petit Nice avec l'intention de passer un moment agréable dans un environnement d'exception et bénéficier d'une qualité de service irréprochable ... L'emplacement sur la corniche de M****ille est effectivement exceptionnel; l'accès beaucoup moins : l'entrée est accessible via une ruelle "coupe gorge" où il faut éviter les crottes de chien pour aboutir à une porte grise, fermée, et attendre que quelqu'un veuille bien répondre à l'interphone. Ambiance ! Heureusement, les chambres sont de bonne facture, très propres, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer (pour la nôtre en tous cas). La terrasse et la piscine sont aussi des endroits très agréables pour se détendre. Par contre, le personnel n'est pas toujours très présent et ne semble pas maîtriser parfaitement son sujet, ni la langue française d'ailleurs: nous n'avons toujours eu l'impression d'être bien compris. Au final, cet Hôtel est un bel établissement mais le service n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles.

Veldig bra opphold med deilige avkjølte og store rom. Renhold 2 ganger til dagen var et pluss. Dyr mat på restaurant men 3 stjerners er vel ofte dyrt. Fin opplevelse totalt sett. Luktet litt kloakk/piss gangvei ned mot klippene, det burde kanskje hotellet tatt ansvar for.....
