Excellent très propre très professionnel

Accueil sans importante ne nous propose même pas de l'aide pour nos bagages...ensuite la chambre n'était pas prête..30mn pour faire marcher 1 télé..en vain...ils ont proposé 1 autre chambre à notre fille assez tard...chambre parents à l'étage plafond trop bas...donc la tête en prend ...des coups..

Die Lage des Hotels ist soweit gut. In der Nähe des Hotel gibt es aber eher mehr Fastfood Angebote als Restaurants. Das Personal ist leider sehr ignorant. Es wird zum Teil nicht mal gegrüßt. Die Zimmer werden leider nicht richtig sauber gemacht. Wir hatten immer einen dreckigen Boden. Unsere Koffer wurden beim "sauber machen" so zusammen geworfen, dass wir jedes Mal neu packen mussten. Der Käse und die Wurst beim Frühstück müssten gekühlt werden da diese sehr nachfetten und Ränder bilden. Auch dort war das Personal nicht hilfsbereit. Der Raum befindet sich im Keller. Die nicht funktionierende Kaffeemaschine wurde einfach ignoriert. Der Fitnessraum ist sehr winzig und besteht aus drei Geräten. Auch der Poolbereich schaut nicht einladend aus. Das Zimmer war zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Leider konnte das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden, weil der Geruch von Frittieröl in das Zimmer kam. Egal zu welcher Tageszeit. Die Beschwerden bezüglich Zimmerreinigung wurden zwar entgegengenommen aber leider ignoriert und am nächsten Tag war es leider genauso. Für die Tiefgarage gibt es einen Rabatt. Hierauf hat das Personal auch hingewiesen.

Staff are excellent. Location is ok, some walking required to the old dock. The only issue is the intense smell from german kebab places adjacent to the hotel. Room 510 was very good and comfortable (if only there was places to enable drying towels and stuff). Pool is small but a good opportunity to refresh after a long day in M****ille. They keep the luggages in a room near the desk, which saved us big time! Special thanks to dear Tanguy.

Sarah and the other receptionist were amazing. They are accommodating and professional. The internet is very slow at night. If you plan to work remote at night not ideal. I had two zooms meetings and bother were a disaster and embarrassing. The 306 and 206 have some molds in the shower. It could be better with cloroz maybe. Nice pool and sauna. Great location close to public transportation

The inside of the hotel and staff were amazing but the area felt unsafe and extremely dirty. There was trash everywhere! Would not visit again for this reason and actually left a day early because we did not feel safe.

Tasteful, unique property in an area close to the historic Panier quartier and the hip, lively dockside district. Fabulous selection of restaurants close by. Hotel staff friendly and helpful..amazing breakfast too!!

A 150 euro la nuits sans petit dej sans parking gratuits sur place , cest bien sans plus . On ne peux tout de même pas s'attendre a moins !
