If you are looking for basic & inexpensive, this is a suitable option. There is an outside entrance with parking by the door. Quiet & comfortable. Hair dryer, mini refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. Did not use the TV. Would stay again in similar circumstances.

It was surprising good for a no frills hotel. Things were older but slept very well. Was surprised with biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Very good for the price.

The last night of our two week adventure. As seemed to have been the case once again, we called not long before we were to arrive. From the exterior, I was a little concerned, but once inside, it was nice enough and quiet. We were on the second floor. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. I believe this is where we had trouble keeping an internet connection with the wifi, unfortunately. Still, we got a good night sleep. Breakfast was included but it was sparse with no waffle batter and stale pastries. There were biscuits and gravy along with other items so plenty to choose from. This was one of the least expensive motels we encountered and I still feel it gave value for the money spent. I would stay here again.

The staff was nice and helpful. Bedding and room clean, The price was right, I’ll be returning next time through.

Decent, but not great hotel. Good value for the price. Mattress is very firm, so if you're a back or stomach sleeper you'll love it. If you're a side sleeper you'll hate it. Area is quiet. Plenty of parking. Good location in Marysville with easy access to everything.

Mangers went above and beyond. We had to give a webinar and they loaned use of a router in our room. Rooms have views of fields and trees which is pretty and peaceful. thank you!

This place is a dump. The desk phone and clock radio are literally from the 1970's. Wi-fi did not work, the tub water could not be diverted to the shower head, half the lights did not work, need 2 remotes for the TV. Very old and worn furniture. Stay somewhere else.

For a town in KA with ＜4k people, this is probably the 2nd best option for you, if not 1st. Wi-Fi was good. Friendly and helpful staff. It’s older but clean. And the doors are all updated with locks that you just wave the key over, no metal key and no need to insert a card. Has direct tv, microwave and Deirdre. Air conditioning worked very well for July. A

Staff very nice, it was affordable, breakfast was nice, but the toilet didn't flush and the chain kept fall off, beds were horrible, older hotel with a bad old smell. Needs some updating.
