I booked my colleague at this hotel. Supposed to stay longer, but stay was shortened due to the hotel was not coopErative. I called and would like to ask questions, at first the front desk told me to call back again and speak to the manager, and that the manager will be in the next day. The guest told me that the manager was there that day. 2nd time I called, I said hello, and the front desk suddenly hung up on me. Then never answered. They are not accommodating. I do not know they handle customers, but it was a bad experience. I have bee booking hundreds of hotels in Canada, and this is one of the worst customer service
