Esempio di professionalità per qualsiasi altro Ostello. Abbiamo trovato cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità da parte di tutti... Veramente ottimo!!! Ostello pulito e sopratutto in centro. Un grazie da parte di Paolo e Sabrina e alla prossima!!!

Siamo due pellegrini che hanno fatti la francigena..a Massa abbiamo soggiornato in questo ostello. Siamo stati molto bene. C'erano tutti i servizi essenziali di cui un pellegrino ha bisogno. Le camerate non sono troppo affollate e i bagni sono comodi e puliti. Molto carine sono le zone relax al 3 e 4 piano. C'è anche la possibilità di utilizzare la cucina e di lavare e stendere i panni in zone specifiche. Ottima la posizione. E' in centro

I had such a good time here. My room was lovely - the view of the piazza was so nice! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the kitchens and lounge areas were great too! It is in a very good location in Massa. I had such a relaxing few days! I found a new home in Massa - grazie di cuore Ostello Palazzo Nizza. I'll be back!

The place and service was amazing also great location. I’m ok with no AC as it’s a budget friendly location but there was no fan in the room either. I was sweating in my sleep like I do when I exercise.

For the same price you can have a standard room in a 3 star hotel with all confort and no broken through beds. no soaps or shampoo. You must pay for a 3cm bed quality soap. They ask 3 EUR. Showers does not working as well.
