Domaine的Etangs，奧北爾奇度假村集合(Small Luxury Hotels of the World - Domaine des Etangs)

We have just spent 3 wonderful nights at this stunning property & enjoyed every minute. So relaxing. The grounds are breathtaking & so much to do, We stayed in Mars room which is in the turret of the chateau & it was just perfect (if a little too hot at night time despite the a/c) The staff are all very friendly & attentive, Breakfast was delicious, really fresh produce & a super variety. Unfortunately the service at breakfast was the only thing that lets the hotel down slightly- it was completely chaotic. No places set, tables not cleared. Had to consistently ask for milk, cups, glasses etc. it’s a lovely concept to have all the food laid out in the kitchen (where on 2 mornings of our stay there was a chef to cook eggs to your liking) & it did make us feel as if we were guests in someone’s home, but to have waitresses trying to clear away, load dishwasher, replenish buffet & see to guests just doesn’t work in our opinion. I felt sorry for them, they need help! We are at the restaurant on 2 evenings. The service was excellent on both nights. It would be useful to have known in advance which evenings were ‘brasserie’ & which ‘gastronomic’. We both much preferred the a la carte food on the ‘Brasserie’ evening. The food on the ‘gastronomic’ night was very good but in our opinion not Michelin. There were an awful lot of very young children when we were there, this certainly wasn’t a problem for us but perhaps to be considered if you were looking for a more romantic couples experience. The outdoor pool was wonderful. The views from the sun loungers there fabulous. Gym very well equipped & a wonderful spa. Our stay was fabulous & we will definitely be returning. Tip - walk along the track into the village & try Auberge de Lac restaurant, the chef used to work at the chateau & the food was excellent. Ignore the basic outside of the restaurant.

Tout était parfait. Un havre de détente en pleine nature en toute confidentialité, un plaisir unique.Tout est pensé avec finesse. Nous étions dans la métairie Licorneideal pour un couple avec sa cheminée dont on peut profiter autant du salon que de la chambre.

Un lieu hors du temps où il fait bon faire une pause hautement ressourçante dans un cadre idyllique ! Aucune faute de goût et un personnel pro ; confort luxe et beauté réunis - ma famille et moi aimons nous y retrouver pour profiter du lieu et des uns des autres !

Après un accueil chaleureux, nous avons eu le droit à une visite afin de profiter de l ensemble des services proposés. La chambre est parfaite, la table est divine et tout l ensemble du personnel nous accueille comme si nous étions des invités privilégiés.

Cadre magnifique dans un écrin de verdure ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés cet établissement, un grand merci à Vera et Adrien pour leur professionnalisme. Ils ont orchestré d'une main de maître notre séjour !

Un domaine dans une nature parfait, le staff très accueillant, Victoria à la reception nous a reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse, et toutes les outres aussi. Impecable! La collection d’art au millieu de la nature rendre le cadre plus beau! J’aimé!

Un magnifique domaine ou l'on circule en voiturette électrique, pour aller voir les 1000 vaches du domaine. Chambre confortable, pas de métairie pour nous cette fois, nous n'étions que 3 adultes et un bébé. L'endroit est extraordinaire, avec tous les petits lacs, le personnel attentif et la cuisine savoureuse. 3ème séjour pour nous toujours aussi enchanteur. Donc à bientôt

Amazing location, great facilities for kids, beautiful resort, plenty of things to do but such awful food And average service; cant compete with Aman or Airelles
