希塔爾攝政酒店(Hotel Sheetal Regency,Near Janambhumi)

The hotel is located within walking distance to the Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple. it is approximately 10-12 min walk. The rooms are quite ok with decent in size for couple & One child. Although Toilets need to be cleaner. We stayed here for two nights. The hotel provides good breakfast. The hotel building is older one, renovation require. The Staff is co-operative.

Worst hotel i have been to while holidaying in india

Washroom are so dirty. Yogesh is good ***ager but another one is so rude to handle reception asking money for everything and always lie on amenities . Think twice before booking this hotel. Big no from our side .buffet we’re served with no table .. customer have to eat by taking plate in nap

Very good place to Stay in Mathura.Tasty complementary breakfast. Well behaved staffs at reception, restaurant & service providers in rooms. We 03 couples all Senior citizens are feeling happy after staying in this hotel. We hope they will keep it up .

The hotel is not like the site show, and the room also different from what you booked, and in my case when i protest cause deluxe room must have the city iew, the receptionist told me the deluixe room not has the window city view, so i asked to change the really bad room they wanted to give me, and they offered me 2 rooms different at least i accepted the last one rom cause there was no alternative and i was tored and need relax, but the rooms they show are not as you receive. The receptionist is not so friendly too. The condition of the hotel and level is not so good so at same price you can find forward more accomodation. I'll never back here!!!!

The stay was awesome. Everything from check in to check out was fabulous. Service staff was good. The food was delicious. Hotel was just 500 m away from janambhoomi temple. Rooms were bigger in size. The ***ager was cooperative. He arranged everything for us.

the overall stay was nice. we attended marriage for 2 days. every arrangement was perfect. food was delicious. the banquet was royal. the staff was so cooperative. the rooms were clean. everything was so fine and perfect. its a worth staying property.
