派特戴爾酒店(Patterdale Hotel)

我們很喜歡在酒店度過的時光。我們在周中住了四個晚上。從酒店出發有許多美麗的步行路線。我們根本沒有使用這輛車。我們的臥室很可愛。我們能夠製作自己的熱飲。早餐真是一種享受。一個晚上的三道菜很棒，有很多選擇。廚房可以滿足我不吃麩質的丈夫的需求。他們每天製作無麩質菜單，有很多選擇。工作人員非常熱情，酒店給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。晚上在酒吧享用飲品。我們一定會回來的。我們度過了一段美好的時光。

我在這裡住了 4 晚，只是為了散步。酒店位置優越。真的物有所值。晚餐套餐真的很棒。 友好高效的服務。我的房間自始至終都溫暖、舒適、乾淨。我強烈推薦。

優越的地理位置。從我們家門口走來。友好的員工。我們的房間一塵不染，早餐質量非常好，還有很好的熱咖啡。我們會再次留在這裡。

The staff, amazing. Work ridiculously hard. In the 3 days we were there we saw the same staff day and night. Always with a smile and time to chat. The food. Oh my days. Beautiful. The dinner was 3 course with great choices. The breakfast, a buffet with something for everyone. The bar was well stocked and reasonable pub prices. Even had live entertainment on the Saturday night. Location is ideal for a Lake District base to get to anywhere. The decor is tired and could do with some TLC but then that would probably put the prices up. Currently it's great value for money. Well done team and thankyou for a fabulous weekend.

Arrived to have a high tea, went to the toilet to find it blocked & over-flowing. Disgusting and unhygienic. It wasn’t signed as closed and the door was open. I asked the receptionist if there was another toilet, she said guests had their own toilets and a plumber had been called and it would be fixed in time he next few days. She couldn’t have cared less & unimpressive attitude. Shouldn’t be in hospitality if you can’t get some basic things like this right. If that’s their attitude then I’d give this place a miss.

2 nights here after a night at the Lamplighter in Windermere. Very enjoyable but obviously not in the same league! Much cheaper too. Beautiful setting. Sadly due to road works we couldn't experience the road South of the hotel, but that wasn't their fault! Catering mainly for walkers I would guess, the hotels evidently is much used and in need of some TLC but we had everything we needed. Central heating was good, plenty of hot water too. Food was also good, although service was a bit hurried, but you can tell the staff that, unlike the others, you are in no hurry. A good experience.

Amazing customer service especially in the restaurant. Nothing too much trouble from any member of the team. Comfortable rooms. Food excellent and caters for gluten free guests. Entertainment n,, twice weekly It's our fourth visit and will certainly return .

We have just returned home following a party of 4 booking at the Patterdale Hotel, Ullswater and wish to record our complete satisfaction over every aspect of our stay. Friendly welcoming a**osphere with a visible proactive manager who networked with guests. All the staff were helpful and polite and the food was just brilliant and plenty of it. The tall headwaiter and his team were totally professional and the chef and team deserve a medal. eds were great. We will be coming again so thanks for a great value weekend and a top hotel team.

A no frills hotel in a quiet location. Friendly, helpful staff plus generous , well presented food. Easy and ample parking. Surrounded by stunning views and plenty of walking trails around Ullswater Lake. Lake ferries enable easy access to other areas. .
