I am extremely disappointed with my trip here on April 1st- 2nd. I was coming 8 hours by train and knew I would be there after check-in. I was told to use the app and that it would be fine, the front desk was alerted. I was not told that I needed to choose a time on the app. I was told "no worries, see you when you get in." I was even asked to choose a floor. When I arrived at 4 I was told my reservation was cancelled and I'd have to make a new one for the next day. I was told there was no note from day staff. The front desk blamed the auditing system and I was told I could wait in the lobby until the manager came in at 8. I wasn't offered even a pillow or blanket. The next morning when I got up I informed the front desk of what happened and was told the second charge would be refunded. I asked for breakfast to be comped. I was given a voucher, but I had to ask. Your entire staff needs to learn the word hospitality and also to communicate with each other. You did your best to ruin my trip.

The hotel was nice and clean. Elevators made noises and rattled, not a fan of that. The front desk people were friendly but the first room they gave us had someone in it already... We found out by trying the key and it wasn't working, then someone from inside said they were in there. So we dragged our stuff back to the front desk and got another room but it wasn't the suite we had asked for, I guess they gave that one away, not sure. It was frustrating as we needed the space but had to deal with the non suite. We checked in late so perhaps that is why we didn't get the suite but in my opinion that shouldn't matter.

Staying over a Saturday night to attend a local wedding. Tried to check in an hour early to prep for wedding, but denied; this was annoying. Room was very nice, clean, well-appointed. TV small for room size. Disappointed that no breakfast was available, even for extra charge (though free breakfast is almost universal these days). Quiet location and quiet room.

Booked the Hilton. Got to the Hilton around 11 pm and was told that the room I had reserved over a week ago was booked and I had to go to a holiday inn. So I’m very happy to have to pay the same amount for a hotel that doesn’t have a working pool, and didn’t come with breakfast. The holiday inn was fine. But I am extremely disappointed in Hilton

The rooms weren't that clean. The original room we got had ants and didn't have working lights. The second room we got moved to didn't have a toilet that flushed well and the fan in the bathroom didn't work.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Staff was great. The food was good and very reasonable. Shopping area are very close to the hotel.
